BREATHTAKINGLY UNIQUE, CHARMING and SERENE”
Eco Palms House is exactly what they advertise it to be. It is not a Luxury Resort but a Mountain Retreat. Eco Palms House is a breath of fresh air and magical. If you are expecting a 5 Star Resort Hotel with the comforts of one, TV, Telephone, Room Service, Air Conditioning and Heating, Carpeted, Mini Fridge, Bar, and Luxury Amenities, then Eco Palms House is not your place. However, if you are looking for a 5 Star Bungalow/Hut, peaceful and relaxing, friendly and kind owners, nice, helpful, and attentive staff, fireplace in the “Friendly House,” free Wifi, pets running around, clean, daily housekeeping, turndown service with pure essential oils added to pillows, warm and cozy room, nice comfortable bed with a heating blanket, hot, hot shower (let it run a bit and it will go from freezing to HOT - be patient,) and a once in a lifetime view, then Eco Palms House if your place to be.
Amazing stay in Sapa”
We've stayed 3 days in Eco Palms House and it couldn't have been better. The owners and every staff member were extremely welcoming and provided a great service. They were always there to help you or simply make your stay extraordinary. If you are in the main house you kind of feel like part of a family. Also the food was absolutely delicious. From the houses you have a fantastic view over the rice terasses where you can sit for hours just watching the beautiful nature and relax. I also booked a massage that was very good. They are also very well organized...if you leave the house just for one hour they get housekeeping to clean it immediately and they also provide a nice evening housekeeping service. So all over I highly recommend staying at Eco Palms House!
Simply Amazing”
It was my friends ' and I first time in Sapa and we are super glad that we stayed at Eco Palm. Friendly staff, amazing view, accommodating hosts and delicious, clean trusted foods. You will get what you paid for here when it comes to food. It is cooked fresh by the owner as ordered so it does take a little time for your food to come. You can order in advance. I recommend doing the cooking class which includes a trip to the market to buy the ingredients. Between the three of us we made so much food that we invited two other couples to join us. The view is right in your back yard. This has a family style atmosphere! You can hangout in the living room and occasionally make friends with other patrons. The owners are always there with whatever accommodation you need. I normally don't leave a review but since I was so wowed by the experience, I decided to leave one.
Absolutely stunning”
We booked two bungalows, as we were travelling with our son & his family of two children. From the first moment of arriving by minivan arranged by Eco Palms House, we were made to feel special. The views from everywhere are absolutely stunning - from the rice terraces with water buffalo wallowing in mud, to the spectacular Mt Fanzipan in the clouds. The bungalows are comfortable (mattresses are on the floor, so just slightly difficult to those creaky knees!) and very clean; abundant hot water for the showers. The owners have five dogs, all friendly and great fun; our two grandchildren wanted to take them home! The food was delicious; I think we tried every dish on the menu over our four nights there. The staff are wonderful, especially Nam who remembers everyone's names within an hour! He was so helpful and friendly, even reserving our table for us every morning and evening. Fantastic! We'd go back like a shot. Thank you
Absolutely Fantastic!”
Our stay at Eco Palms House was amazing! The owners are wonderful, the views are spectacular and the food is delicious. The lobby / dining area is warm and cozy and the staff treats you like family. The bungalow rooms are simply incredible. We could not have asked for anything more.
This place is breath taking!!! ”
From the staff to the room, everything are perfect! My stay here I felt very close to nature, and calmed here! The room are very clean and it really give a feeling like youre in a local home but with a moderb touch. Me and my wife really enjoyed our honney moon! It was a trip that we could never forget. Big thanks to Mr.Nam for ending our trip with an awesome stay at Eco Palms house!
Simply blissful ”
The staff treated us like family and were attentive to the tiniest details. We truely enjoyed the stay from the start to the end. The food is fresh and delicious - one of those rare resort that actually serves good food. Thank you everyone at Eco Palms.
Exellent service and views of Sapa”
Very warm welcome by Mr.Nam, he was very accommodating. He suggested us to do trekking in local areas of Sapa which was very nice. We could walk into the rice fields and got in touch with local villagers. Also he recommended us nice food and other interesting places in Sapa. We also got room uograded for free! The views are amazing and the room is so comfortable and clean. Will recommend to anyone who wants to come to Sapa for sure!
Stay here”
You have to say here. This location a slightly more out of the way, but really it's not a big deal. A local guide "hmong" woman met us right at the hotel and we had an awesome hike. The food here is great. The view is insane. It's important to note that Sapa is undergoing a lot of development currently. So much that the town is kind of a mess with construction. A lot of the hotels are cheap and don't have views like this...
Traditional bungalow chalet stay with austounding padi terrace view, must go once in life time!”
Totally satisfied with Eco Palm’s unique offers - austounding padi terrace scenic view (for those photography hardcores); cooling weather; generous breakfast unlimited orders from menu; well-trained and good English speaking staff; reasonable price on ala carte menu (very special & tasty); star gazing at night; cheap cocktails, etc.
Exceptional view and fantastic staffs”
+ The view was exactly as pictured, it was serene and green. The bungalow was perfectly what we wanted, with awesome beanie bags and view. Despite located on the hill and surrounded by field, the bed and amenities were clean. The staff team was exceptionally friendly with little cute dogs and cats running around. They'd call taxi for you if you need one and the wait is not too long, around 15-20 minutes. - The location doesn't look too far in the map itself, but the condition of the road was terrible. It was very bumpy. Take note that each trip from hotel to Sapa town or the other way around costs you VND150K, and if you are with luggage the hotel will charge the transportation at VND200K.
Little piece of heaven in a crazy place”
We loved it here. The staff were so helpful and friendly and got everything organised for us. It is an Eco Lodge, so don’t turn up and expect a Hilton hotel - this is so much better than that! Food and drinks simple, tasty and done really well. Rooms (and views from them) amazing and furnished really nicely with local products. All in all great and you won’t be disappointed if you stay here.
Real vacation is here”
This place is a little remote from Sapa town (around 30 mins by taxi) with the spectacular view, good food, good wine selection & variety of cocktail, spirits, beers & juice. Try local guide service trekking around the local village (takes 4 hrs). Mr Nam, the owner is very nice with full hospitality, other staff are also very friendly. Can't wait to go back there again.
Nice bungalow”
When we've decided SAPA this is the first accommodation we've booked. And turns out it's as nice as we expected. The staff are friendly and helpful, the bungalow is nice, it's a little bit more expensive then everything around, but if you can check in early and spend the afternoon to enjoy the view, for sure it's worthy.
Super relaxing!”
We stayed at the bungalow which sits on the rice fields. The view is great. Its away from busy sapa town, about 25min. Very peaceful surroundings, you can sit on the patio and enjoy the rice fields and mountain views. Food here is really good, everything is made on order. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
Really pleasant stay ”
Beautiful property, very tasty food, and helpful staff. It was a perfect little oasis to relax away from the sensory overload that is Sapa and Hanoi. Cozy and comfortable we had an amazing sleep. And the tub is amazing! Thanks so much for the hospitality.
Love it”
The house and the scenery is beautiful and the food is excellent!! There are several programs ready for you to enjoy such as mountain tracking. If you want to come here in winter, you must know that some days are very cold and foggy. Prepare warm clothes and shoes that are not slippery
amazing nature but wish you have good weather.”
cleaness was good but i had to heard of mouse on the roof. i know it wasnt about this house's cleaning problem. the house is located in nature literally. so it was maybe wild mouse. and all staff was super nice and kind. foods are little expensive than others but worth it.
amazing place in Sapa”
wonderful food, view, and loving dog in the guest house. Next time I will come back again here. The place is far from downtown, but it really let us relax and feel as stay at home.
No constructruction . .fantastic view”
No constructruction noise and dust. .can give you everything you want in Sapa. 사파 시내는 공사판.. 트레킹코스인 라오차이에 있는데 들어가는 길은 좀 번거롭지만 어느곳보다 괜찮은 숙소 여기서 2박.시내에서2박. 천국과 동대문 차이.
