I travel to Southeast Asia an average of 3 times a year and have stayed in many hotels of ranging from moderate to luxury. Nothing in the past has came close to Eden Boutique Hotel including the Conrad Hilton in Bangkok. The rooms were beautifully decorated which included a very comfortable king bed, a large arm chair, adequate lighting and power receptacles - even a clock. Shower had a choice of the hand held or rain shower head and always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent with your typical line of fruits and pastries, hot items and main courses cooked to order like omelets, pancakes, french toast etc. The best part was the staff, they we all very helpful and worked as a team, a very typical Vietnamese culture known for excellent service. Very good location to Sapa Station to take train to Fansipan by walking about 5 minutes. The staff at counter can arrange and tell you more about how to discover Sapa. They can help you to book the entrance tickets to Fansipan and others attraction places, they are very helpful. The buffet breakfast is very good. The room is very comfortable, clean and good design.

I love my entire stay at Eden Boutique. The staff were all great, helpful and attentive. The room was well decorated, clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel is just few minutes walk from the main street/town center. I must say the location is a plus. Did I mention breakfast? Omg it was fantastic, delicious and generous, we loved it. If you come to Sapa, please come to this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Eden boutique hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early to our room, which was great as we got the overnight train to lao cai so arrived at the hotel very early. A little bit of luxury without the price tag. Great stay, thank you.

The receptionists at the hotel, massage and the trekking shop are friendly and helpful people who made us feel at home. They are also knowledgable as they suggest us on where and when to go. The breakfast is amazing. The hotel is clean, modern and tidy. Well located that is within walking distance to the sapa square. Keep up the good work !

My family and I love the hotel. The room was clean and the comfort of beds were perfect. some staff can speak good english that make communications easy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple and good. The centre was about 5-7 minutes walk from hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to people visiting SAPA.

Hotel is nearly the place when you need to travel such as , sapa village, Ta phin village, Fansipan rope way atc.. The deluxe room is so comfortable and nice for equipment support, so if you need to rent motorcycle and bus sleep for go to hanoi they have for support, breakfast is so delicious and staff so friendly and good speaking english

Great stay for a short 1 night”
Room was clean and cosy . We were given the 4th floor room with not much view but OK since we only stayed for the night. Breakfast took quite sometimes . It may be due to Covid, cutting staff. It should be alright if we plan a bit more time for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great stay, fair price for the quality”
A lovely hotel not far from the town centre square of Sa Pa. Breakfast was very nice. The room we had was great, perfect for relaxing after a long hike down the valley. Really enjoyed the bath tub. Staff was friendly and helpful, will come here again next time we return to Sa Pa.

Excellent Hillside Hotel and Spa”
We really loved the size of the rooms and having a cute balcony. It is in one of the quieter streets, but still very conveniently located near the city centre. We also really enjoyed the spa (across the road), great for and afternoon relax.

Classy and luxury within budget”
The hotel is new and very well appointed. I loved all the details— from the paintings at the dining area to mosaic touch on the bath tub. The brakfast was very generous as well. Staff are really nice and warm. Would definitely stay with Linh and the team again!

Perfect location to explore Sapa region”
I chose the Eden Boutique Hotel because of Agoda reviews that the hotel staff were excellent at arranging walking tours, and this proved to be most accurate. Chantelle on the front desk is fantastic. Within an hour of us arriving at the hotel at 8am (from the overnight train from Hanoi) she had us in our room and found two options for the 2 night, 3 day hike to Fanxipan that we wanted to do (and accurately did not gloss over some of the challenges involved). The hike was a highlight of our 21 day trip to Vietnam. The adjacent spa and massage is also very good and most reasonably priced. Laundry is charged by the kilo but don't put anything delicate in.
