Comfortable and worth for money”
It is my second time stay in EFM Vacational Home, but different room with previously. The hotel is still comfortable as usual, have wonderful scene as it is near with mountain. The only imperfection is the air-conditional is not enough cool during hot day, and the volume of water in bathroom was too low, bathing is not comfortable.

I Feel Home (:”
This lodge feels Home, when we stayed inside. Run by a family themselves mending by the husband and wife together with their elder son. First thing that comes to mind is their friendliness, which we impromtu called them when we need transport to and fro from places around, and they will not hesitate and come pick us up, which we think that is called "Service for the guest". The rooms are big and acceptable clean, just with a bit of mozzi around and lizard running around the rooms at time. They have the basic amenities, like fridge, TV, Kettle, hot shower and air-corn which are good enough. The only downside is that the place is a distance away from eateries and very limited choices for food and convenient shops. But seated just nice outside the big caves of Ipoh which made the air fresh and cooling at times, and with nice scenery around, for some tourist attractions for caves visiting and temple visiting. All of them are very friendly and showed us around the place with a little tour around their place, and before we embark back home, they bring us to the nearby cave for a little tourist visit.

Comfortable, cheap and good location”
The location is quite near to many attraction places. The view is very nice as it is just under the mountain. The hotel is in the residence area, is very quiet and make us feel like home. The ownder and his wife is very friendly, provided us useful information regarding local area. The only imperfection is the roof have water leaking problem during rainy day, and the roof have noisy sound during raining.

This home is located near the mountain so a bit far from attractions and the city but very quiet surroundings and lake too. Room chateau J had 3 dbl beds refrigerator hot water lcd tv bottled water and wifi. Wifi strength soso but all else goid . Ac cold at night...

Humble, clean, cozy stay and friendly staff!”
Located in a very quiet residential area, a night at this home stay give you the feel of rain forest. Fresh air and cricket singing. Since me and husband are driving, so we don't have any problem on getting here and there. There are basic amenities in the room.

Things I loved - Environment is very nice, right next to a mountain and contains a lake - Cheap - Away from city hustle - Very clean - Sheets and beds are soft and comfortable - You can park right in front of your room - Flexible check-in time (Called the owner to ask to check in at 10PM, arrived 50 mins late, checked in smoothly) Things that can be improved - Soundproofing between rooms - More furniture such as a table in the room

EverFresh Mushroom gone stale”
The staff were polite and friendly, but the property has seen better times. Maybe we were there in off season. There were no mushrooms and everything had an air of quiet desperation. The weeds were taking over. The room we had did not have a mini fridge or even a bench to put anything on. The only chair in the room was a small child's lounge chair - totally impractical. Take away the chair and put in fridge. There was a table and 2 chairs outside where one was attacked by mosquitoes and small sticky flies. The only food available at the premises was ice-creams and soft-drinks and water. The nearest shops were over a kilometre walk away. The nearest ATM was a taxi ride away. The taxi from the railway station to the farm charged us 35 RM, the one taking us away from the farm back to Ipoh charged us 25 RM. The only saving grace is the magnificent mountain behind the farm and the little lake where the sun sank beautifully.

Honestly, before reach the house, I was thinking that the place would be the same like others..the one that I have experienced before..but when I reached there..the only words that I can describe is too awesome..the house is spacious, clean and natural surroundings area makes me very comfortable. The owner was very kind and so friendly..thinking to going back there someday.
