Great location and intimate hotel”
Initially wanted to stay at a couple other places in the Old City, but we picked this place based on price and how comfy the bed and bathtub looked from the pictures. We picked a winner!! Bed was awesome. A/C in room was awesome. Tub was awesome and fit 2 people. Shower was nice but a little tightly fit in the room. Shampoo/conditioner were great. Little touches everywhere to make you feel welcome we’re great. Loved the bedtime stories, loved the little cookies each day, loved the signage and booklet I’m your room (just reading their pamphlets is cute). And the staff was always welcoming and kind. Never tried to push anything on you, and really tried to help with your requests. Pool was cool, but we never went in it b/c we were so busy and it closed kind of early (understandably because it’s in the courtyard of the hotel and lots of rooms overlook it). Elevator! And the walkway from the street to the hotel was our favorite. The design and those plants were amazing! And the smell everywhere of some kind of thai flower (Champee?) was amazing. Location was perfect for sightseeing and walking places or catching tuk-tuk’s. Would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Hotel in an Amazing Location ”
Incredibly pleased with my stay here. I stayed in just one of the basic rooms for two weeks however even the basic room was amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, even more comfortable than some 5 star hotel beds I’ve stayed at in Thailand. Big windows with gorgeous curtains and a lovely balcony I often sat on watching life happening below me. My balcony even had a lovely view of Wat Doi Suthep! Room was spacious and bathroom shower had perfect water pressure and a steady stream of hot water, another thing that can be difficult to find at hotels in Thailand! The black bottomed pool was beautiful to look at and even better to swim in. Icy cold but you’ll appreciate it after a hot walk around Chiang Mai! Location was perfect, right around the corner from Wat Chedi Luang and other major attractions. If you happen to be staying here at New Year’s I recommend skipping the wild parties and heading to Wat Chedi Luang for a stunning ceremony. This hotel is on a side street but I felt completely safe walking down it at night even as a woman, many neighbors were out and about even late at night and the street is well lit. You feel more connected to daily life in Thailand being on this very local side street versus being on more of a touristy main street. My final compliments are to the staff, everyone was so friendly, from the security guards to the people working at the front desk. Would highly recommend this hotel! I took off one star for cleanliness because I had a few very small ants in my room but was probably more my fault for not cleaning up after eating very well. Stay at this hotel you won’t regret it!!

Fantastic staff. Gorgeous room, hot powerful shower. Breakfast was good. Really enjoyed our stay here, parking is a little limited (5 dedicated spaces, then on-street parking) but there is a porter who greets you, so it isn't a big drama.

Nice Place, Comfortable Rooms”
We stayed here for one night and really liked it. It has a lovely little pool and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's in a nice location where you can walk to most things. We would come back and next time, try to get a room with a view of the pool, as it's a bit of an oasis from the buildings all around you that you might otherwise look out on.

Location is in the Soi in residence area next to a school. If you would like a place with good quality, qualified and professional staff in quiet zone of chiangmai old town but not too far from everything.. come stay here ! If you're interested in massage and temples, this place is a plus. Cons: The pool is quite small, I don't think it's really made for serious swim and the pool area is quite compact and next to the lobby which is not that relaxing. the quality of furnishing, bed linens and room is really good ! 👌 👌 👌 👌 There is a small balcony but the view is not interesting. Really friendly, polite and helpful staff. Free drinks, coffee and snacks all day ⭐️

The staff were friendly and helpful. They took care of you and your belongings really well. The place was comfortable and clean. They're equiped with good facilities. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming tho but it was good nonetheless. I'd consider revisiting.

Hotel is located in center of Chiang Mai. basic facilities are available e.g. daily bottle water, daily clean up. parking lot is limited and there are one way and narrow street to access hotel. only one key card. If I want to go out for 5-10 mins, need to turn off air conditioner.that's annoying me.
