Friendly staff, children friendly, good location, good shuttle service to the Al Haram. Comfortable bedding, good size bed, good furniture such as wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, coffee table and chairs. Room size is very good. Good quality carpet flooring. Room was clean and hygienic. Also they have digital safe to put your cash and passport safely. Bathroom size was excellent too for one room. Housekeeping service was excellent which they clean room everyday, ane give you fresh towel, shampoo, water etc. I had two room. One bathroom was bit small, but it doesn't bother me. There is a uphill slope which can be very difficult for elderly people and children. But taxi service helps. I also stayed in Elaf Medina which was slightly better than Elaf Ajyad Makkah. Overall Elaf hotel is following United Kingdom hotel standard. I felt welcome as they helped me to find good taxi to Madinah and from Medina to Jeddah. I would recommend this to family and friends. Its good location . I stayed for 3 nights in 570 SAR only for 5 bed rooms. Hotel is situated on a hill . Very near to Haram but you can not walk up the hill. But 24 hours free hotel Van is available. Even if you are only one in the van, driver will take you to Haram and from Haram to hotel. I used van even at 2 am. Transport is free 24 hours every minute

Overall nice hotel, close to everything, rooms are nice and spacious, on a hill close to Haram, difficult to walk up the hill although a short walk to the Masjid, but hotel provides free shuttle service which is very convenient and picks / drops at the bottom of hill very frequently almost every few minutes.

Worth to your money ”
This is very neat and clean hotel. Front desk team was very cooperative; it was crowded season but still front desk team allowed us early morning check-in. Very good breakfast. Very close to Haram Sharif. 24*7 shuttle bus available if someone wants to ride to Haram to avoid climbing on height because Hotel is at little bit at height. Very pleasant stay. 10 out of 10.

24 hours shuttle service from hotel to ground level. As the hotel is at top of hill but due to shuttle service no problem with kids or elder people. Took 5 min to Masjid Haram MAKKAH

Review of hotel- Not impressed”
My stay at Elaf hotel was overall good but due to 1 experience, my rating cannot be perfect. On the first night, the hotel staff did not make up my room and on the second night, after i went down to reception to request my room to be cleaned, I later discovered that 2 pairs of my children trainers had been stolen by the hotel staff, while my room was being cleaned. I found this out after i checked out of the hotel as they were not in my luggage. I would advise anyone booking this hotel to be vigilant with looking after their belongings as it would be extremely unfortunate if something like this occurred to another person.
