it took for almost 3 hours to find where's the hotel. i took a maps from the agoda but in fact, the maps was absolutely wrong! the hotel wasnt there. it was very frustated how to find the hotel because of many people gave me wrong direction and they didnt speak english. Besides, when i checked in at the front desk, the officer told me that my Visa wasnt credited yet into their billing system, OMG...how could it be, it was 3 days before arriving when i booked this hotel, but how come!!...really bad experience that i have ever had and i didnt know what was going on! overall, the hotel was good. the room quiete small but clean enough. wifi only at the lobby, the staffs are mostly dont speak english and the location, just walking distance to Al Nabawi Mosque and Umar Mosque just about the opposite of the hotel

The hotel is few minutes walk to haram which is a great bonus. Room is basic, carpet stained, shower basin blocked, but service man unblocked it promptly on request. This things should be checked before guests arrival. Corridors smell of cigarettes all the time, I know that disrespectful guests are not management's fault, but perhaps more sensitive smoke detectors should be installed as well as CCTV. There is no kettle/coffee etc, but there is a fridge which is handy. Wi-fi in lobby only and often very weak. I overall enjoyed my stay, specially I was on my own and not a fussy person. If you're looking for an extremely basic hotel close to haram and wishing to sacrifice few things, this is the one for you. I won't book it if I come with family, but would consider it if alone.

Ladies prayer area is 700 meters away Gents prayer area 500 meters away Masjid Al Nabawi 250 meters away Staff is not friendly Strict rule of 4 pm check in and 12 pm check out No facilities in room like hangers, room lock without keys, kately shared kitchen. We reached at 1 pm but have to wait for 4 pm to get the room key Lazy staff.

Found it really convinent, about a street away from Haram. Okey carpets not the best but I would guess that's not what you get in that price. Very helpful staff. Wifi was bit slow. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend and will use it again.

Although the hotel is near to the Mosque (Main gate no. 6), but found difficult to locate with Taxi. Otherwise its good. Pakistani restaurant is behind the road, easy access. Ladies prayer area is bit far. AlBaik is 10 minutes walk.

It was a last minute booking. For the price and location, i have no complains. Staffs were okay. Room was clean. Asked for a single bed but i ended up with 3 single beds. Wifi is only limited to lobby area. All and all a decent hotel to stay in

Overall an average place to find during the peak days of months esp Ramadan & Hajj. overall tidiness is excellent but the maintenance what i feel very poor Like 1)the room i staid 309 & 310 fridges are too small and their cooling is too low. 2) A/c switch is broken 3)wardrobe door is malfunctioning 4) few light bulbs are fused 5) Toilet door sticks need hard push to open and close 6 ) one sofa seat is broken need to be replaced

it's closed to nabawi,have a shop closed to the hotel to buy a souvenir,food and everything you need,but the staff is not helped,when we ask about make a phone call to our driver to go Jeddah because our cellphone is no credit,they don't want to helped for just for make a call. Its very dissapointed.

Very Poor Staff. Took too much time to give room. I have booked room 2 weeks before my arrival and they could not find my booking from the system. I have reserved quadruple room but given tripple room by saying we dont have 4 bed room available.
