Worst Customer Service”
At 7 pm the receptionist said room is not ready, wait for one hour. We argued that the check-in time is 2-4 pm then why the room is not ready? The receptionist rudely replied, it is like like that, if you can wait for 1-2 hours then wait or look for other hotel. When one of our colleagues became aggressive and shouted on him then he started working on room management.

Whilst Elaf Al Salaam Hotel s not within walking distance to the Haram, the Hotel offers comfortable beds, clean rooms and a peaceful enviroment. The shuttles are very reliable and regular. The breakfast is basic yet satisfying and filling. My family and I always enjoy our stay at Elaf Al Salaam. We have booked for family members and friends, who live abroad. Please keep up the good service and cleanliness!!!!

I stay during Ramadhan. There have a shuttle bus every hour/ 24 hour. Do not worry about transport. During Ramadhan, hotel was change breakfast to breaking fast. This hote has delicious menu.

Clean room but small, simple breakfast... MUST ADD extra shuttle to haram because you have to wait too long to go to haram or go back to the hotel... otherwise you have to pay a taxi to drop you off (so make sure you add this to your budget) because it may cost the same price as if you was staying at a hotel close to haram!!!

Good Triple room, big enough to walk in the room! Housekeeping should clean the corridor. Hotel must ADD an extra shuttle to haram because we always have to wait for long or get a taxi and if you staying for many days it will cost you a lot!
