Right on the main road of Mahbas Al Jinn. Has Shuttle service running 24/7 to Al Haram. Staff is courteous and polite. Facility is very clean. Room service is done daily. Toiletries, Tissues, Towels, tea, coffee, milk powder, water bottles, etc are daily provided. I stayed here for 2 nights initially and then extended my stay by another 11 nights as i loved everything about this place and found it equivalent to 4-5 star 🌟.

This is one of the best time I had in Makkah for Umrah .. the hotel is clean and location is amazing with all facilities and just 3 minutes bus to Alharam .. masaa gate close to altawaf

Great hotel but staff needs more training ”
All good. Only thing I faced was attitude of one of the men at reception . Other staff were very good and hard working. This guy was one of the 2 guys ( the tall one ) on Thursday night shift . I requested him for an extra blanket and he very rudely replied " mister , no blanket". I asked him again because I was surprised there was not even one extra blanket in this hotel ...... and he replied the same way. This is no doubt one of the best hotels in makkah and I would love to stay here again but people like this man create a bad image for a great place like this

The Haram is at 3-4 minutes drive by Bus from the Hotel, but no worries, the Bus service is available every 20 minutes and free of cost. and it drops you near the Safaa Gates. The Hotel is Value for money and cleanliness. I didnt enjoy the Breakfast as it was not up to the mark as expected. But not a bad stay for the price and other facilitites
