Superb Location & Quality of Room. ”
In front of gate 16 and ladies prayer area. 3 minutes walking distance from hotel gate to masjid Nabawi gate number 19. I booked Superior Twin City View, room size was smaller than I expect but was luxurious and have all the necessary things. Bathroom was also good and have required amenities. Staff was super courteous. Lifts was readily available. I had requested one large bed in my book but was provided two single beds. There was a problem in water heating but it was promptly fixed upon complain. However water wasn’t warm enough. Definitely recommended.

Very nicely located hotel with good facilities around ”
Overall, the hotel has an excellent location.l, located right at Gate 17 of Haram. People there are very nice and helpful, esp Mr Faris at check-in. One point of concern was slower and fewer lifts. However considering other benefits of the hotel, this is a small issue.

Few steps away from gate no. 17 and women's prayer area. 5 mins walk from gate 25 and 10 mins walk away from Al Baqi Cemetery. Everything you will need just steps away from hotel. Excellent Hotel”
Excellent location, polite and helpful staff, big rooms. Fast and big lifts, housekeeping done twice a day, in morning as well as before going to the bed. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Medina. I have just arrived at Swissotel in Makkah after completing my trip in Medina where I lived in Elaf Grand Majeedi, now I find Swissotel much inferior comparing to Elaf Majeedi.

Good Family pilgrimage hotel”
We were in the superior tripple room a family of 4. The location is excellent just next to the haram, we usually came down after the azan and were still able to get inside the mosque for salat. The cleaning staff is quite co operative and left the room always in an excellent condition. The only downside to this place is the lifts. They are few and slow with a long ques to access them. We as a family took this as a challenge and always used the stairs, however I would not recommend this place for people on wheelchairs and people with challenged mobility unless you build in a good time before and after prayers to get to the haram and back.

Value for money”
Considering the location of the hotel it is good value for money. The rooms are nice and clean and modern. They don't have the worn out look that you will find in other older hotel rooms in Madinah. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking was available, which is a major plus for any locals. The waiting time for the elevators is my biggest concern. Some other minor issues, but none that would keep me from recommending this hotel. Of course there are better hotels for more money, but this was best combination of value & location at the time of our stay.

The hotel is exactly at gate 17 and very easily to access Masjid Nabawi. The shops are also in the same Majeedi building and easy for us to buy stuff and foods. The room is good with big toilet. We were welcome with fruit basket. And the hotel's dining Manager, Shariff was very kind and informative. He provided good service and sent us daily fruit basket to our room as well as dessert and juices. Room service is also good as the staff was very friendly. I highly recommended this hotel 💖. The only improvement needed is lift/elevator.
