Full marks for location. Rooms are tiny and cramped and the bed isn’t very comfortable. They had joined two twin beds to make a king bed. But the rooms were clean and crisp. Mask and prayer mats were provided. Room had a good ambience and the lighting was good. Cars are only allowed upto a certain point and then you have to walk to the hotel from there. The bell boy was waiting to take the luggage and check in was smooth. Breakfast was served in the room and it was better than other 5* breakfasts served in rooms. Overall a good stay. Best part is the location. You can easily pray all prayers with kamanay

We booked the hotle during Hajj Season for four nights, the location of hotel is good as its only approx 200 to 300m from Haram, food shops are just outside the hotel. Reception is located on L1 and is welcoming and we got our room within 5 minutes of arrival. The room was also clean and all necessary facilities required.

Very close to Haram. Only negative side is the cars / taxis cannot come close to the hotel door as the entire area is closed most time during prayers. The taxis drop you on the road and you have to walk with your luggage to the hotel which is about 5 min walk.

I never write a review anywhere but this time i feel like its a must. I have a very good experience with one of the staff name Muhaidin Kola. He is very protective and helpful. I experience some situation with taxi guy but he manage to help me like im his own family member. He such a very good person and protective. I wish i can have times to talk with him but the situation was very rush and bad. I really hope the hotel management could give him a token and protect him. Please send my regards to him. I really appreciate what he did to me.

Very near to Haram. Hotel was clean and staff was cooperative as well. The only con is that taxi doesnt reach the hotel as the road are closed but that doesnt make much of an issue.

Hotel was very neat and clean; room was small but well maintained and clean. Toilet was ok however the shower area was really small. Mattress had a bit of wear on it but was otherwise comfortable. Staff was very friendly.
