The hotel is located reasonable close to harm. It is around 5 to 10 mins walk depending upon the age of person. The rooms are considerable small In dimensions but the things are available eg cupboard, TV , room safe. Washroom is also very small and it could make some problem for elderly person or persons with some special needs. For inland persons parking of hotel is not available and parking very close to hotel is paid that is by token and it is SAR 5 per hour, hence either you have to park in Harm parking or any other suitable place but close to hotel is a problem.

Everything was good with ELAF and have been there multiple time but find very much congested for 4 bed rooms and no place to move in room. Seems their hotel was full so they added sofa cum bed as additional bed. I requested for single chair and they could not provide it. this was only part disappointing otherwise rest was good.

Dissatisfied with hotel & staff”
Stayed at this property with family. Though it claims to be a 4 star hotel, I never felt it so. Here are the reasons; The location is good with proximity to harsm, (approximately 10 minutes walk to mensyprayercarea). For the rest, everything was far below my expectations. To begin with, the receptionist at the counter, a Saudi guy, was very rude. The hotel praking is just for name sake. Just enough for only 10 vehicles with very narrow and conjested underground which is very dangerous and always full. The property is very old from inside, dilapdatiobathrooms. Very congested and narrow bedroom. Just enough for bed. You cannot pray or dine. The kettle was broken and damaged. Called the desk several times and personally informed the staff. But the request was never attended. Bathroom very dirty, with just one twel and a couple of shampoo tubes. The ‘buffet’ breakfast was very poor. Very limited choice. khubboos, egg items, and one curry.

The most economical yet luxurious”
It had a double bed, nice bathroom, a chair, LCD screen, double door cupboard, few decorative items. Bathroom had a nice shower and had a hair dryer along with basic facilities. All these things were somehow fitted in a small sized room. We had no issues with size of the room as our purpose was to visit masjid nabwi and in between relax in our room and take care of our child. We have stayed in many hotels now and this was the best in price and the best in comfort. Grab this deal while it lasts.

Excellent and worth of money”
Very friendly staff and it won't take much time to check-in and check-out compared to other hotels. Rooms are very good and neat. Breakfast is good. All praises to almighty had a great time in Madina and in the Hotel.

With this rate, it is Excellent, Buffet has very good Varity 6 minutes walking to Gate 6 of AL Haram (men area). Very Helpful staff and Parking is limited. رائع مع هذا السعر-قريب 6 دقائق من الحرم جهة الرجالز الافطار به اختيارات عدة ومناسب جدا-مواقف السيارات محدودة وضيقة للسارات الكبيرةز أنصح به

Pros: 1.Value for money 2.Breakfast was good. 3.Cleaness was plus point 4.Location was good and shuttle service 5.Furnishing in the room was very nice. Cons: 1.Rooms are congested and with family it is difficult somehow 2.Pillows given were not standard and those needs to be replaces with good one. 3.Breakfase main course items except foul & Egg Saksuka needs to improved in taste.

10 mins walk to haram, good hotel for the money it charged. All toilettories were present. The room is little tight, but if the stay is short then its fine. Reception staff was cordial, which is an exception considering it was a medina hotel.

Good hotel for the price you pay”
We stayed at this hotel for a whole week end of December 2017 during Christmas holidays. We had 2 rooms booked as there were 5 of us. If you are looking for a posh top notch hotel this is not the place for you, as the amount you pay for this hotel compared to other hotels around Masjid e Nabawi is far more cheaper. Very decent and clean rooms but VERY SMALL. Check in and check out very straight forward without any issues. Staff good as they changed our room on request to put both our rooms together. Location not too bad, gate 6, it'll be about 5 minutes walk for an average person, women entrance for Ziyaarah/rowdah will take longer as this is on gate 25 but women just going for for salah will be closer on gate 12. Breakfast also very decent, don't expect something you'll get in a 5 star hotel in Dubai or Malaysia but you'll find the usual fried,scrambled and boiled eggs grilled vegetables, Wedges/Hash browns/potato croquettes, soup, croissants,small selection of breads and donuts.
