Nice, quiet hotel off the main Pradipat Road. Requires a bit of modernising but generally very clean and comfortable. Friendly, welcoming hotel staff. No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms.

My stay was comfortable but the swimming pool was not comfortable at all as the water was very cold also the breakfast was not that good as choices of food were very less. But overall its a value for money stay. 👍👍

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms. Good price. Cons: Coat hangers very high in wardrobe would be difficult to reach for anyone below 1.8 metres tall. No kettle, tea or coffee in the room.

Hotel is old and tired but the jewel in the crown here, is the staff and restaurant. Staff super friendly and quickly learn your likes and the restaurant is amazing. Endorsed by my wife who is Thai. Great location with everything in walking distance but set back from Pradipat road so you don't get the noise. A great deal and have stayed here many times and will continue to do so

- Free water bottles are dropped outside the closed door every morning. - Housekeeping comes when requested, very fast at cleaning. - Rooms are clean and there is no bad smell inside the room. - We requested rooms next to each other and received it. The best part was that both rooms were connected, there was a door that connected both rooms and could be locked from both sides for privacy as well. - Rooms are not that soundproof as we could hear sounds from the room upstairs a lot even with all our doors closed and locked. - Lobby area outside room has a smell as well as the lift and the front of the hotel. The smell is worse during the morning hours (could be from the food). - Food options are more Asian style. - From hotel to the center it take about 150-200 by a Grab cab. Tuk Tuk’s are more expensive. Best to travel in vehicles with a meter. It’s more than 20 minutes ride to the center (Siam, Platimum & Palladium mall area). - Has a swimming pool at the terrace that does not have lights on at night time. - Swimming pool has an area in both sides for kids, and the middle is for adults. As someone of 6ft, the pool reaches a bit above my waist area, so the pool is not that deep. The rail for climbing is very slim and slippery, so it needs improvement. - There is an area in the terrace near swimming pool that does not have bars or fence, and just plain wall, seems very dangerous if not careful.

Old Hotel but Value for money”
It is an old hotel but from the price I paid, it is value for money. I like its bathtub. Soaking myself in the bathtub daily. Its location is good. Within walking distance from various street food stalls, restaurants, markets, etc.

Old, charming hotel near the train station”
I didn't realize just how huge this hotel was until we arrived - it has over 10 floors with dozens of rooms each. When we were there, it felt very empty because of this; there were some guests, but not many compared to the huge size. The lobby is nicely decorated and charming, with an older aesthetic. Breakfast was pretty good. The rooms feel old but most of the stuff inside is new, like the beds, tables, lights, etc - they've clearly been doing some renovating. Comfortable, quiet, good value, and close to Bang Sue train station, Chatuchak Market, and the BTS. I would stay here again to go to any/all of those places, but otherwise I might choose somewhere closer to downtown.
