It is quite reasonable accommodation with reasonable distance from Haram. We stayed 4 nights and no one came to do house keeping except once upon asking for it multiple times. Some staff were very cooperative.

2/3 staff not friendly Wlan not functioning in the room in the 6th floor room was locked every day, card must be refreshed every day room telefon was dead 3 tea bags for 3 guests for 2 days, no water bottle like other hotels of same catagory about 2 KM to Haram Sharif Taxi could not come to infront of the hotel gate no daily cleaning/changing etc..........

I had read a few negative reviews about the hotel but my experience was pleasantly and surprisingly good. Mr Saif at the reception helped me book a train ticket seven the hotel WiFi wasn't letting me proceed with the booking process

This is the worst experience. First the rooms were not clean. Once the cleaning done AC stopped working and water tap was leaking in the bathroom. The receptionist was rude and keep calling different technician and plumber to fix the issue. Finally after hald hour

اولا الفندق زفت من اول ريحة الاسنسير والممرات في الادوار غير الذباب والحشرات والغرف فيها بق وطول الليل والنهار بيرشوا مبيدات وطبعا ده بيهلك صحتنا ده غير القرص الي الواخد اتقرصه واخيرا اليوم معاد الاتشيك اوت بلبس علشان اخر من الاوضه خبط الباب قولت حاضر خبط تاتي ثواني التالتة لقيته بيفتح مما دفعني لرزع الباب بقدكي ختي لا يدخل الغرفة وانا اغير ملابس فندق قمة في القذارة

الفندق مدخله حلو وريحته حلو الاوض الموكيت مش نضيف ومستوى النضافه في الاوضه مش احسن حاجه الحمام محتاج يتفور ونضافته مش قد كده تحت الحوض وورا الباب وعاملين ستاير تيجي تأخذ شاور الحمام كله يتبهدل ميه والبانيو عباره عن حوض صغير جدا النزلاء بعضهم مؤذي ومش بيحترم الغير يقعدوا في الطرق الفجر ياكلوا ويشربوا ويصرخوا وتاركينهم عادي تضطر تخرج تتخانق عشان تعرف تريح شويه لعمرتك بعد ساعهاو ساعتين ريحة الطرقه بين الغرف وحشه النت زيروووووو تحت وفوق سيء جدا ولا مرة خبط الروم سيرفيس يسأل عالزباله او التنضيف الايجابيات مدخل الفندق ريحته حلوة والموظفين كويسين حاطين ميه وشاي وسكر ومناديل وشامبو وصابون وكاتيل في الغرف بس مقربتش ليهم ممكن اسكن فيه تاني بس بعد التعديلات

نظافة الغرف كانت سيئة انتظرت طويلا عند التسجيل لا يوجد اى ريموت يعمل لا التليفزيون ولا التكييف الغرفه لم يكن بها شبكة اتصال او انترنت اذا دخلت الغرفه كأنك انعزلت على العالم كل الناس تطلع تتكلم بره الغرف فى الطرقه علشان يكون فى شبكة وطبعا الصوت يكون عالى فايكون ازعاج دائما لا اعتقد انى سأكرر زيارة المكان مره اخرى
