Overall it was a nice stay at the hotel, it is quite near to Masjid E Nabawi (SAW) and the amenities are also good. The rooms are also spacious and well furnished. Recommended.

Great location”
The hotel is located next to Women Entrances, you’re in Haram with kids in less than 5 minutes. You don’t need an alarm, Azan from Al Haram comes straight to your room. We got room with Haram view. Hotel may not be that great, but the staff are really great and helpful. There’s a Saudi staff by name Mohammed Khaled, a nice guy with really helping nature and kind personality, gave me early check in, Haram view, upgrade to my room- and I ended up staying there twice in my visit - once for 5 days and then after umra again for 2 days. The room boy Saiful from Bangladesh is also a nice guy. The management cares a lot and improving the facilities and really cares to uplift the services, mostly they don’t have time for maintenance, due to crowd. But I saw them changing mattress and linens regularly. The lift is delayed at times, but you cannot complain considering the crowd in Medina. They try their level best to divide the lifts between women and men and help the pilgrims. You will find a lot of negatives on google about this hotel, few are true but we found it really good choice and recommend the hotel. The best part is the staff and management, very much appreciated.

Perfect location, good buffet break fast and nice rooms”
Only drawback I faced was time consuming checkin as I had online booking. Also as the hotel was fully occupied had to wait for lifts occasionally. Rest it is a perfect place to stay. Hope to stay here again if I visit next time InshaAllah.

No cups No glasses Almirah door broken No prayer mat Bathroom and kitchen Supplies not enough for 4 pax Lift are too busy and slow too I asked for one extra pillow since we were 4 guests and they provided only one extra pillow And the staff was so rude to me I am writing this all information just to get improvement from the property No room make up in 3 days

Small rooms. Exceptionally small washroom”
Pros Location and thats it. Cons. Hotel was ok. Lift buttons not functioning. Impossible to take a shower without getting hurt. Have stayed at many different hotels, but never seen such a small washroom. Beds were also ver small. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable.
