DESCENT HOTEL WITH NICE LOCATION”
Stayed for one night, the lady at booking counter was very cooperative and friendly, with nice behemoth, she given early check-in and allotted very nice room at 14 floor, nice and clean room with peaceful sleep, room having cattle and complementary coffee tea, toilet was clean and provided with toiletries, Haram only at 4-5 minutes walk, nothing negative, Recommended for the travellers who need a beautiful stay. Will come again

I loved everything about Emaar Royal Hotel, the location, rooms, house keeping and specially the wonderful staff. I requested them to check me in early as I was quite exhausted due to connecting flights and they accommodated me. I highly recommend this hotel.

They put only 1 tooth brosse in each room while i booked 3 persons per room A very big challenge to get iron and after many requests and after many request they success to find from other rooms Restaurant staff are not at the level of 5 stars hotel: attitude, professionalism well being is missing, they start shouting gusts before the closure to clear the restaurant and at 10:00 they start closing the light !! I witness the lift broke down twice in my stay of 2 days and took some time for repairing where we went through the stairs. During the stay of 2 days i faced all these incidents. The front desk (reception) staff are very friendly and professional, and they are not included in my negative feedback The hotel is over rated and may be acceptable 3 stars but very far from 5 stars

One messed up hotel!”
Do not stay here since this hotel has multiple issues 1. Very small rooms 2. Electric plug points damaged/not working 3. Small sized beds 4. Parking problems (unprofessional parking security employees) 5. Extremely slow internet 6. Room service threw away our huge bag of fresh snacks 7. TV not working and calling/multiple times never helped and no one ever came or took care 8. Other hotels around it are better managed and bigger for the same price!
