Overall, recommended hotel for low cost travel. Pros: - Location is very near to the Haram. - Mr. Fahad in the reception is very friendly. - Good value for money as a 3-star hotel. Cons: - Some basic facilities don't exist like: kettle, cups, carpets, ... - Room is a little bit small.

Very bad experience on a twin room they put 3 bed. Very uncomfortable they put 3 bed towards the window facing wall blocking the windows.damp rooms Very smelly toilets. Don't bother booking this hotel you will regret we stayed 3 nights we suffered. Rating 00000

It's close to Haram. 7 minutes walk. No restaurants close by. Bed are not comfortable and rock like pillows. Couldn't sleep well. Reception staff was nice. They even allowed early check-in. Room are not sound proof

Worst ever hotel”
Went to hotel to checkin at 2.30pm they said its not open come back 4pm so came back at 4pm I was 2nd in the queue but was taking all other customers before me so had to wait till 5pm for my turn then they said room is not ready yet come back so went and came back then got my chekin done. The guy who was serving name was fahad he was so rude and didn't listen and was treating some people with disrespect. Got in the room then no towels and room was smelly and dirty beds wasn't clean. Only plus point is location was walking distance to al haram and price was cheaper then others. Would not recommend this hotel rather pay some extra money and get another hotel
