Not good for anything”

Hotel is new but no any service like normal hotel. New build but not clean enough. Towel is old, no tooth brush, tooth bath. Like a kind of motel than hotel. Not value for money we paid

Thanks for your feedback but pls kindly note that our hotel is a new hotel so we always have fully all services of a standard hotel and all everythings are new brand and high standards not same you mentioned above comments. You know that you booked this room for two Adults but the final, you come to hotel with 4 persons for one room only...when you check out, we gave you a bottle of mineral water. We don't want to talk too much words in here. We hope that you''re enough good person so that you can have right comments and fair for our hotel. We also know that "You reap what you sow"
