Quiet and comfortable hotel”
The receptionist was very friendly. When he knew that I was going to see the sunrise the next day, he took the initiative to help me prepare a take-away breakfast. It won’t be noisy at night, and the hotel’s location is also very close to the malioboro streets, about 7 minutes walk.

The breakfast food was very good”
I’m really satisfied with this hotel. The hotel have facility such as swimming pool. If you’re going to book this hotel, I really recommend you to book with breakfast. The food was really good & there was so many coices for breakfast. The pool is also big for a 3 star hotel.

we stayed their in march 2019 , we ware a group of 20 people , location is very good, price is within our range, and behaviour of staff is very good, Buffet breakfast is also with lots of option ( being a diabetic i can only see but can not eat )

Few hotel with value for money when we travel with budget conscious. Room is quite ok, as I can rest and sleep well. Breakfast is quite ok. It's walking distance from Tugu Station, and you can find lots of Angkringan and Cafe nearby.

location is not right smack in malioboro but it's a short walk away short enough that the price of goods in convenient store at that area is slightly cheaper than those in malioboro Water pressure is strong which is a big thumbs up all the amenities are provided which is great Staff is super friendly, breakfast selection is good the only downside is halfway through my stay, the hot water suddenly stopped working..it just doesn't work anymore and their WIFI is slower than others, even the WIFI i used at manohara restaurant when i visited borobudur temple is like few times faster but that said, the WIFI's speed is usable, slow but usable
