Made a reservation for a room with two beds and further inquired if there were any smoking rooms or rooms with a balcony on which it was permitted to smoke. Arrived at the hotel at 10:30am, simply hoping at that time that I could store my luggage until rooms were ready. To my surprise, they proceeded to check me into my room and to comply with my request had actually upgraded me to a VIP room with a large balcony on which I was permitted to smoke. The room as large and comfortable with every conceivable amenity and spotlessly clean. The facilities were great and the location was ideal. Most importantly, the people were exceptional. I could not recommend it more highly!

Staff was friendly. Female receptionist was sweet and helpful. My motorbike had issues after heavy rain for a couple days, one of the staff, an older gentleman, was able to assist me and got my motorbike working again. What a blessing it was. Saved me time and the hassle of finding a repair shop. Thank you chu and chi. Will definitely stay here when back in Hue.

A slice of paradise ”
From the time we arrived early in the morning (and were given the ability to leave our backpacks in the Reception area till checkin); until the day we checked out (2 nights) we felt welcomed and valued. The room was very clean and comfortable. On the 2nd day the gracious Receptionist organised a driver to take us to visit tombs. He was a shy but helpful gentleman who was happy to wait for us as we explored. All Staff that we encountered were friendly and kind. Their ability to communicate and care for guests from so many different countries is admirable (a bit humbling too) . The buffet breakfast was delicious and the Spice Restaurant amazing.

Great staff in all departments! Front desk friendly and helpful! Breakfast buffet is exceptional and restaurant staff accommodating and friendly! Room is beautifully designed and some of balconies with view! Take a city view room! Option to eat breakfast by the pool for fresh air and garden open air . Everything was exceptional thanks to the staff. Guests are European and pool is shallow water so great for kids but not for swimming spa. Gym is good! I will return again! Chris from America

Great hotel for a reasonable price”
Rooms were big and clean. Staff spoke good English and was very helpful ( helped us to organise transfer from Hue to Hoi An, suggested changes in our sight seeing schedule). There was a pretty big swimming pool with a lot of flowers/plants around. Drinks were ok :) Just go for it!

The hotel was great, staff was incredibly nice , the pool area was Clean and the pool was Good and cool! The breakfast was amazingly good! Pancakes, fruit, eggs how you like them, bread, CHEESE(!), Coffee, Tea, juices and some more! Room was Clean and comfy and the wifi was fast! Would recommend this to everyone.
