The whole property is exceptionally clean, nice pool, a very peaceful place where you can relax, yet very accessible, just a few minutes away from the airport and to Alona beach. My family and I stayed at this hotel for four nights in February 2023. We were four guests, including one senior citizen and one 10-year-old child, and we occupied a Premier Room on the 2nd floor. Although there is no elevator, it makes sense as the hotel is a two-story property, which is typical for accommodations in Bohol. If you are traveling with a PWD or senior citizen, mention it when booking so they can place you on the ground level. One of the best things about this hotel is the Korean couple who own it. They are hands-on in their business and take care of their guests. The wife ensures breakfast is served properly, takes time to chat with guests, and even drives them to and from Alona Beach. They also have a free shuttle that takes guests to Alona Beach on schedule. As a family, we appreciate calm and quiet nights after a long day of tours. Therefore, we love that this hotel offers a free shuttle to Alona Beach, and we don't have to endure the loud noise by the beach in Alona during sleep. However, there are some areas for improvement that could make guests' stays even more memorable. Adding room fragrances could help eliminate any unpleasant smells in the rooms, and laundry bags would be useful for guests, especially those who visit the beach. Also, changing the linens to comforters would be beneficial since the air conditioning is excellent, and it can get cold in the middle of the night, especially from December to February. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel, and we would recommend it to our friends and family. If we ever find ourselves coming back to Bohol with our family, we would definitely consider booking this hotel again.

Hotel rules are very restrictive with no room for adjustment to guest’s requests. You won’t get the feel of the place as decorative lights are not switched on. Facilities are not PWD friendly.

There are other hotels which are better”
Staff is undertrained and the night shift receptionist forgot her manners during our stay. The driver that they arranged for us to pick up from the airport going to their hotel and to South Palms overcharged us. Worse is the service was a multicab and not even an AC van. He charged 2.1k when the initial arrangement was just 1.4k with their staff. We found out from another driver for our countryside tour that we should have been charged 1k only. Room was okay, it was spacious and had the items we needed for the stay. However customer service was just bad i really regret booking this. Better to stay in Hennan
