Stayed in this hotel for 3 times, the staffs were friendly and helpful. Excellent location as well since it’s located at the center of the old quarter, just few mins walk to the lake. The only downside was breakfast not provided due to the pandemic.

Right in the middle of Old Quarter”
Although looks a bit smaller from outside, this 8 floor hotel is definitely worth the money. Travelers who are looking for good stay without spending too much money do not have to look past this. Staffs were friendly and rooms were clean. Its located right in the middle of most happening place in the Old Quarter. They also help you with booking Halong Bay and Nin Binh tours which I found a bit pricey. All in All 10/10 cleanliness 9/10 staff 10/10 location 10/10 value for money

One step away from party central”
This place is literally one step away from the perfect party center. That was incredibly convenient. The room had a window, but lacked any sunlight, so that did feel a little basement stuffy. I did not see much in the way of facilities at the time (i.e. breakfast). Grabbing a quick breakfast outside worked alright. The room has nice modern touches, but combined with the lack of sunlight, it felt a bit too dark for me.

Great location if you want to be in the heart of Beer Street. ”
It's a great location for beer drinkers as it's in the center of beer street where all the action is. However, it is a mess to get in and out as roads are closed off for the restaurant to setup their chairs. You will often be either grateful or frustrated as you will have to walk in the sweltering heat along with the massive crowd. Luckily, the music will not be heard if you're in the room therefore a guaranteed sleep.

We booked with included breakfast but once we arrived they informed us the restaurant is closed as well as the spa. We weren't refunded for the skipped breakfast. Location is very good but also quite noisy during night market Friday to Sunday so not recommended for family with children.

Vietnam just opened to tourists so can be forgiven that the property was not looked after, as many are still shut. But staff all did their best and super polite. Management should be proud of them.

Very noisy because of its location in Ta Hien Street. Be warned loud music all around until 3 or 4 am. Location is very convenient. Bathroom and floors are falling apart. No water pressure.
