I encountered an unfortunate pickpocket incident on my arrival in Hanoi. However, I must compliment staff of this hotel Ms Kim, Bruce and in particular Tracy who went the extra mile to provide support for a customer in distress. They were warm, friendly and attentive to customer needs. Tracy in particular, even accompanied me to police station and help me with the translation after her work hours. The hotel is clean and located at a convenient location in the old quarter. Exemplary service rendered. I will certainly be back here again and will recommend my friends to stay at this hotel when they visit Hanoi.

Highly recommend this hotel if traveling on a budget as you get a clean well appointed room for a great price. Our reasonable rate also included breakfast which included pho noodles. The hotel is new and clean. The manager, Kim, is very friendly and responsible in making sure her guest are satisfy and happy. The rest of the staffs here are also friendly. They make me felt like a VIP staying at a 5 star chain hotel! The hotel also runs a travel agency where you can book tour packages at a discount.

The location is at the old quarter of Hanoi, near to almost every attraction. A lot of restaurants to choose from. It was like our second home. Breakfast was really good, Hana and other staff at restaurant were very friendly. Kim and Alex were very helpful they were like our family members. Next time we will definitely stay there.

Stayed here while in Hanoi. The staff was great. We got dropped off at wrong emerald water hotel so the staff grabbed our bags and walked us 2 blocked to the correct emerald waters classy hotel. Simon was great for giving us directions to sites and restaurants. The breakfast was very good. I will stay here if I come back to Hanoi.

I was very pleased on the first day of check-in. First, the Hotel is very near the center of Hanoi (located in the middle of Ancient Town, very near Hoan Kiem Lake and Walking Street). All the good resto are near the hotel. Secondly, the Hotel paid attention to my notes on the time of check-in as well as the type of room we would like to stay. Highly appreciated on this. Thirdly, the staffs are friendly and supportive. For the room, it is very clean, tidy and the water source is very strong. The sole disadvantage at this place is because it locates in Ancient Town which will prohibit the vehicles from 07:00pm to 12:00am on Friday, Sat and Sun, hence, you may need to return hotel before this time if you are renting the motorbike to go around. Definitely will choose this Hotel again for my next trip to Hanoi.

We had a great time in this hotel. All staff gave us a best service with thier smile (especially Simon, David, and the receptionist girl with the glasses at the breakfast). The breakfast is also really good with many choices. The location is just in the center where you can walk to many landmarks of Hanoi only in few minutes. The street is quiet during the night. The location is great. Room is cosy and comfortable. Hotel staff were nice especially at the dining area-Sarah, Thanh and Hana were very attentive, polite and offer their assistance and warmest reception during our stays. The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. Even though we stayed for only one night before departuring for Ha Long bay, they still upgraded our room. The room is clean and the breakfast is well organized even though the restaurant is pretty small. The minus point is the elevator was broken on the second day so I had to walk up 7 floors to get back to my room. The staff did help me carry our luggage down when we checked out.

The hotel service was excellent!! I didnt have changes when i arrived at the hotel. The taxi driver asked me to pay additional fee for parking with cash. The Supervisor, Mr Hanry approached and paid it off for me and he added the charge on my final bill which made much easier for me to solve the problem. Breakfast service was so good!! I recommend to stay at this hotel and to have lux room. It was so great!! Thank you for the excellent service
