Made me move out of the city after the first night-double booked”
As a woman alone from, I was very scared when the person who checked me in said the room was booked to someone else. This is not a hotel this is someone’s apartment.The location of this apartment was on the block of pubs and coffee shops, and I was moved to a place where people said it was a bad neighborhood. I was given a 2 bedroom, but as a single person, this was not helpful. I had to take several cabs into the city to get where my original apartment/hotel had been. I would never book with them again! I paid a lot to be in the city and they put me somewhere else. They also did not give me any discount.

Excellent Apartment”
The apartment was great, very spacious and clean however the sofas are uncomfortable which is a shame. It didn't ruin our time at all but would have been nice if we could have come back to a nice seat after a long day on our feet. The apartment is beside a motorway, the majority of the noise is blocked out but you still hear it slightly in the living room thankfully the bedroom is much more peaceful. My 5 month old baby was with us and the one reason we got the apartment was so I had a microwave to sterilise her MAM bottles, unfortunately I couldn't as the microwave they have is so tiny it wasn't possible and realising this late at night certainly stressed me out. From a family point of view I think a larger microwave needs to be provided, doesn't have to be much larger I mean I stayed in a caravan and even that one fitted the bottles. And possibly the option of a high chair (ikea do cheap simple ones that pretty much collapse to nothing). I would definitely use the apartment again as the location is fantastic and car park very secure so my opinions wouldn't stop me but would be happier if I went back and there be a comfier sofa.

Close to all restaurants ,pubs and theatre ,had a fantastic stay and will certainly be going back , shop under building for all your needs , every appliance in apartment needed for a relaxing stay , great price for what you get
