If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. ”
Had an issue with a taxi driver demanding more money on an agreed price which turned ugly. When reaching the hotel, the 2 gentlemen at the counter helped me to solve it. Words can't describe how much I appreciated their calm and helpfulness. The hotel is right on Olaya street, only a a few hundred meters away from Kingdom Centre. The room was clean and spacious. For that kind of money that I paid, this is the best option in Riyadh hand down

Excellent location, staff very polite and attentive, but some things could have been better: 1. insufficient soundproofing - can hear guests in the next room talking 2. carpet is starting to get worn and is not quite as clean as it should be (a hard floor would have been better and easier to clean) 3. tile seals in the bathroom are starting to crumble out

Good choice but needs some attention ”
The hotel overall was good except of cleanness and the noise from the doors between rooms. Carpet was dirty with large red spot and the is burning signs . Furniture classic and old . AC was excellent Staff where very helpful. Gym is extraordinary with nice pool. Breakfast above average. My advice to pay some attention for the old furniture and some part of cleanness. I would recommend it for others and visit them again.

Room is spacious even we rented only the king standard. Cabinets are big, whole room is clean especially the washroom. Location is accessible to mallsand other famous landmarks.

Some Issues ”
This hotel has a really strange parking entrance! As the entrance is the same as the exit! Which conflicts so many times with the cars that comes out of the basement.. I had a really bad experience with the hotel WiFi, it was the worst ever. They have an amazing gym.
