It's a great place to stay because it is not far away from everything. Make sure you tell the driver Rizal Ave ext., straight ahead Ipil Suites. Kuya Ray is such a very good host. Don't be afraid to explore Puerto Princesa and have fun!

Very accommodating staff”

Staff was very accommodating. She provided us with whatever we need during our stay. The place was also very convenient for going in and out of the center of the town. Will book again if we go back in Puerto Princesa.

the place is near at Puerto Princesa International Airport. The staff is nice and the facilities is good. They have free drinking water and the wifi is fast.

Clean, nice, basic, all you would need ”

Very pleasant. Ezy Stay has everything you need for a basic stay in PP. Close to the airport, half a block from Rizal Ave. Ray is very nice! With a helpfull, kind and welcoming attitude.

Had a nice, comfortable stay”

The location from the airport is only like a kilometer away, so we just walked and didn't have to pay for transportation. The man who runs the place, named Ray, was very kind, funny, and helpful. He made our stay really nice, showed us excellent hospitality. He helped arrange our transport to El Nido and gave us suggestions for places to go in Puerto Princessa. The room was small and simple, but just fine for our needs. Had a/c but no hot water, but you don't really need hot water here. Would recommend this place to other travelers.

Our stay in Ezy Stay”

As first timers in Palawan, Sir Ray, the owner of the hotel, is the best person in the city! He makes sure that everyone in the building is having a great time. During our stay, he helped/taught us how to go around the city, suggested itineraries and even served us good food. Despite the on going expansion, our room was clean and airconditioned, bed sheets and towels were clean white, and pillows were soft. We will definitely recommend this place.

Needed a cheap place to rest”

Ezy Stay Pension was chosen because of its proximity to the airport, I think it was 15min walking distance, or 3min by tuk tuk. We had a early morning flight, and very late check in, and the owner/staff made sure we were checked in/out even though both times we had to wake him up(sorry!), but he was a good sport about it.

Best Value in Puerto Princessa with Fantastic Host”

I've been to Puerto Princessa three times now and this is the best value, air conditioned accommodation I have found. It's clean, modern and in a leafy location just outside the center of town and right next to the airport (yet far enough away for it not to bother you). What makes this place special though is Ray the owner, who is an extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating guy. He immediately let me use his personal computer on arrival (which was very much appreciated as I am a web designer and my laptop had died!) as well as his motorbike for chores, no questions asked, and later organised a trip for all the quests to the paradise that is Arena Island! Highly recommended, especially if you are a solo traveler or backpacker.

Great place for a short stay”

We enjoyed our short stay here. The owner was very helpful with organising tours and could have even gotten better prices than we did. There were some good restaurants nearby and we enjoyed our tours around here. For a short stay this place is great.

Perfect basic room with lovely staff ”

Room was basic but clean and everything you need for a stop over - can’t complain for the price! Host was really nice, free airport pickup, free coffee when ever you like and very helpful booking transport to next destination. Would 100% recommend for a stop over in PP

Recommended place to stay, The location is so close to airport ”

Mr. Ray, the owner of this hostel is really good guy. He's so friendly. He allowed me to stay in Single Room even I booked for Dormitory Room without any charge. Ms. Jane and Ms. Josana are nice girls also. Everything is good here. Especially for the location. Walking distance for about 15 minutes. But, for me the minus point maybe the bathroom. For a big or a tall person I think it will be the problem since the bathroom is so small. Overall, I recommend you to stay here. Maraming salamat po! Till we meet again! 🙋

The best option for transfers”

We arrived around 8pm and flew out the next morning at 8am, so all we needed was a place to stay. Ray 'gets if', he's Filipino but spent a couple of decades in Sydney Australia (my home town it turns out). Ray has travelled and so understands that getting the basics right is essential to success. The place is good enough - nothing flash but the sheets and air con are good, and it's clean. I'd absolutely recommend to stay here and wish Ray all the success.

Basic and clean ”

Had a private room which was basic, but clean. Air con was great. Bathroom was the typical tiny style you get in the Philippines. Only issue was that shower leaked in that room so the floor was pretty wet most of the time. The place is still being renovated/built up though so i can imagine it will only get better. You can easily get a tricycle to the city centre for 40 peso (bargain with them). Or 30 minute walk to the city. 5 minutes from the airport. Host was soo chatty and friendly. Places to eat about 10 minute walk away and Vietnamese restaurant around the corner. Good value for money :)/

Cheap place ”

We stayed here for one night, because we arrived from Port Barton and waited for a flight next day. Our room was super hot. The AC was so loud that we could not use it in the night. Room was very small, it was difficult to close bathroom door. Water pressure was really weak, shower did not work at all. WiFi was not good. There was somekind of bugs in the room, I got a lot of bites during night and all the windows were closed. They organized an airport transport for us in early morning so that was great.

Front desk is not 24 hours”

We arrived from el nido to puerto prinsesa at around 12am to find out that the gate and main entrance was locked. We tried to call the number on the reservation but dropped the call while i am speaking. Tried to call the number posted in the signage of the hotel and the receptionist answered and said that she is not in the hotel and will call the care taker. It took 30 minutes before we were able to check in the hotel. It was frustrating as we were so tired already and we wanted to rest after a long ride from el nido.

Great hospitality, clean budget accommodation ”

Ray the owner waited up for me to arrive late at night. He was super helpful and couldn't do enough for me. The room was clean and had everything required for an enjoyable stay. The location of accommodation is only a few minutes away from the airport. There is a lovely bakery close by where you can get fresh bread. Ray arranged for my laundry to be clean and dry for the very next day. I would definitely recommend this place and Ray should give himself a pat on the back for the great work and friendly atmosphere!! :)

Home away from home”

We were never treated as guests instead Kuya Ray treated us as family. He assisted us in renting a motorbike so we could roam around the city. Our room is small yet very clean and the bed is comfy. The location of the pension is near the airport yet far enough from the busy streets so you can be sure you'll get enough rest.
