Location and bus stop”
This hotel provide bus to masjid al haram all the time but bus stop at masjid al haram is very far from Kaaba. Have to walk alot from and to masjid haram for bus. Most of the time from masjid haram I took taxi to go back hotel. This is main issue for me . Others are ok ok.. not good not bad.

I would go back to this hotel, maybe only problem is finding parking place as it is not possible, if just they had their private space for that it would be much much better لرجعت الى الفندق مرة اخرى، المشكلة الحقيقية الوحيدة ربما هي إيجاد موقف السيارة والذي ليس بممكن تماما، لو كان لهم مكانا للمواقف لكان ذلك في غاية الروعة

Value for money if you are on a budget”
Hotel is located in Azizia, about 3 km from Haram but there's 24/7 bus service available. Staff was friendly and helpful, room and toilet was clean with toiletries. Kettle, sugar, tea and coffee as well as hot plate available in the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is excellent but far from Haram. If they improve their shuttle srvices, it would be excellent. But if you are traveling on Friday and reach around 10 AM, you wouldn't find anyone to check you in until prayer time. This was pathetic.

Location to Mecca is not true base on the review”
I booked this hotel base on review stated it is a walking distant to Al Haram but it is not true, the location is far from Al Haram, we need to take the bus to Al Haram. No doubt the bus timing is very regular but still no way we can walk to Al Haram.

the defect is in the room services personnel they were so careless,try to tell you that they do not understand your language. Even so,no room service from 10pm till 1.00pm the next day.
