The house is spacious. Clean. Fully equipped. Easy to find and close to the beach. It is also quiet place. Will repeat again.

Overall is good. Space is very big, sofa is very long, aircond is quite cold, cleanning is ok, location ok, opposite the house have a small playground, only toilet water hot heater is not so hot.

Stayed here 3days 2 nights. House big enough for us 7 adults, 3 kids But owner never bother to check whether all the equipments and electrical items provided in the house are working. Only one water heater in the master bedroom is working, the other 2 outside not working and leaking, water heater not hot at all. The microwave also not working and faulty, smoke came out frm the oven once it start moving. Air fryer also can't be used, even the button also missing. The only thing you can use to heat up your food is the induction cooker. We are very disappointed that we cannot heat up our food and have to use the induction cooker instead of microwave, so much troublesome. For the price we pay for this unit I think a bit too high

Bad experience ”
Such a dirty place. Every room bed sheet was full of black/yellow marks, out side living room sofa are with hole/tape but better than the room(not joke), the smell was very smelly, one of the room aircon is leaking water ,take 2 hour time to fix it .ask for shampoo but answer is (agoda did not mention,and answer is only provide body wash,the owner expect we use the body wash for head to toe) ,very rude and NO QUALITY ,not worth 1 star. this is the first time and last time. 非常肮脏的地方,每一个房间都有异味，客厅很大，非常肮脏，无法接受，这种照骗，客厅很大，其余攀比廉价酒店，地区偏远，只住了一晚，不会再来。

Awesome and Comfortable Stay”
Had a comfy stay.. Its a big house for big group.. A lot of facilities to cook like air fryer, cooker n etc Coway water dispenser made it even more easier rather than buying bulk of mineral water. Provided towels for all Overall it was worth our money..

Super big homestay ”
Impressed with the homestay.. All family members really excited & surprise when they see such a big house.. we’re travelling with 10adult & 1kid.. the house can fit more than that.. and it’s comfortable.. the owner very nice.. he provide even go to buy new bag of charcoal for us because it’s wet due to raining.. but we are wondering from where the termites enter the house even we had close all the doors & windows at night.. Recommended for large group..

Big place for Gathering ”
That's is a big place for you to gathering with friend. The house is new. The cleanliness consider good, but due to last group who using this house put some food inside the refrigerator without open the electric for overnight, it cause the next day smelly in the house. The rest is ok. And, the aircond not really cold actually, maybe require to call service/maintenance.

1. At first, it was hard to find, but after knowing the route and shortcuts, it was quite easy. 2. Air-con and fan was clean and cooling. Toilets are spacious. 3. Rooms was the bomb! Master bedroom is very beautiful. 4 rooms and 3 toilets is just as nice to fit more than 10 people. 4. The large and long sofa is very cozy and comfortable, with a sofabed at the side making more places to sleep. 5. Kitchen, utilities and everything there is complete. Really impressed with this homestay. 6. The porch is huge and can fit 2 cars. With BBQ pit for relaxation. Drink filters available too. My friends and I were definitely amazed and glad to have this huge house as our homestay. Although I can't meet the staff, but he contacted me through whatsapp and stated all the details clearly. Will definitely recommend to all! Esp huge groups. Thank you Familia Stay!

屋子大间才装了1HP的冷气，一整天就在火炉里面，冷气无论是客厅还是房间白天都不冷，希望房东能提升度假屋的冷气设备，唯一满意的是服务态度，投诉冷气问题就安排人员来检查，但是空间实在太大冷气马力太小根本不能应付。。。毕竟度假屋不便宜，希望房东能提升冷气设备。。。
