They will wait for you if you arrive at 5am”
I m appreciate they wait for me at 5am because low temperature. All environmental very romantic and clean. Their food is great. Walking distance to Sapa town in 3-5minutes . Their day tour for village trekking is USD22/pax for group. That is reasonable rate .

Clean and spacious rooms. The only downside is that it's not ensuite but the toilets are clean regardless. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They'll allow you to use their facilities even after check out while waiting for your night bus

Best Homestay”
Wonderful homestay in a great location. It was right next to the mountains but unfortunately we couldnt see much of the view because of the fog. The famous Color Bar and Good Morning Vietnam restaurant is right next door. The staff here speaks English and they were super helpful:) They gave us advice on where to go and helped to book taxis for us. Love the decor! Everthing about this place was good except that the hot water only lasts for a few minutes so it may not be ideal for those who cant take cold showers on cold nights.

Despite some hiccups with my room, staff tried their best to assist with my complaint. It's acceptable for such lodging to be imperfect from time to time but what matters most is their efforts in resolving it. So i don't mind at all returning here again. Value stay with great view all day long.

We chose this hotel for its mountain view. Absolutely worth your money. The outside bathroom was a bit smelly which needs more work on. The couple owner are so friendly and helpful. Few minutes walk to the center.
