What was particularly good and pleasant for me personally was the massage from the 2 ladies, Rossa and Yolan. Since I prefer more soft, the Rossa comes into consideration for me. I was able to sleep comfortably afterwards. Thank you for the soothing massage. 5 Stars.

The hotel location is really near from Airport, but have poor cleaning. Pillow and bad is have really bad smell, look like used by previous customer, not changed for new customer.

Be awear of the Bintang price gouging ”
The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, the rooms are standard. The food in the cafe good, the breakfast very good. However............... After a dry trip in East Java, I asked for a beer and sat in the smoking area with my wife and enjoyed a cool refreshing Bintang, ( small can ) had a few more , went to pay the bill to find a small Bintang cost 75000rp. $7.50aud each,. I asked to see the menu to check the costs, no beer on the menu, no alcohol on the menu. How then am I charged 75k ?. Special favour they say. Generally a small Bintang is $2.50 (AUS)in Bali's bars, and from a supermarket $1.75 (aud.. )however this is Jakarta, so watch the opportunistic price gouging. It puts a sour taste in a seasoned travellers mouth

hotel is clean, room is good conditions, with big bed, not noisy, breakfast is open in 6 which is good thing for transit tourists with early flight, it's about 10-15 minutes go to airport, blue bird taxi about 30000-35000 rupiah. Reception man is very friendly and help me to put my winter clothes in hotel for free changes. I recommend this hotel if your stay in Jakarta.

The hotel is perfect position for on time arrival to Airport. Room was clean. Low water presser, only warm water(not hot), food not so great, bed not so comfortable. Biggest problem was, all room doors slam, the is no rubber or dampener of any ind eo every time a guest closes the room door it slams!!! Not good then you are trying to sleep. Over all I would stay again, just because Jakarta streets are hectic and a on time arrival at air port is important.

Fabulous hotel”
This is absolutely nice hotel near the airport. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staffs are good. They have 4 suttles in the morning which is a bliss for travelers. Wish they had more shuttles for evening or night travelers when transport is more important. Just one bad feeling, i sent them a message through agoda to know if there any shuttle at night but they didn’t reply. I had to book taxi ultimately which was obvious anyway since there is not shuttle at night.

Best value for money hotel near soetta airport”
I quite often stay at hotel around soetta airport and i think fave hotel is the best one (especially for business traveller) considering all aspects: price, cleanliness, comfort, etc. The room is clean, spacious enough, comfortable and very affordable. It's much better than other budget hotel around soetta with similar price, such as pop, ibis, amaris or orchardz. The location is bit far than those hotels but never really a problem coz it has shuttle car.

Stayed here for two nights. Staff were so friendly and polite. Room is spacious compare to nearby hotels, cleanliness was amazing sparkling, breakfast was so so so tasty. Only 10 mins to and from airport. This hotel has free shuttle bus every 2 hours which make it more convenient. Thank you Fave Hotel.

The room was a lot bigger than I was expecting. Bed was comfortable. I wasn't a big fan of the restaurant food. The only reason I might not stay here again is that it's just a little bit further from the airport than other hotels in the area.

My favorite hotel in Jakarta”
Though its technically outside Jakarta and close to the airport (Banten), I have to say, the staff of this place was quite friendly and the food is simply delicious. I loved all of it, tried to avoid the spicy stuff (hard to do here), but just about everything they have to eat is great. Try the black rice pudding. Never seen it before or since. The staff is quite friendly. As a westerner I was surprised at how pleasant and accommodating everybody was.

Excellent location as it is near to the airport, escape the jam ... Hotel provides shuttle to the airport but of course, will have to reserve it. Very helpful Front Desk staff, Sri and Dani. Both were very helpful. Sri assisted to make calls for us to check things and even assisted to get us Grab to get to the nearest mall. Breakfast was also good and also have a simple dinner at the Lime.... Food was good...
