                The apartment was very spacious and had been cleaned to a high standard. There's hand sanitiser in the hallway as you enter. The owners are very friendly, we were greeted with a warm welcome. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved the fact that they left a welcome pack including a small bottle of milk with enough tea bags and coffee till you can get some, we thought was a lovely touch. Great location easy to find. We recommend doing the ghost walk near the whale bones. Great base if you wish to visit the surrounding area's. You can purchase a parking permit upon arrival. Had a lovely long weekend will definitely be back.
                The stairs are a killer ,we were on the top floor , but it wouldn't put us off coming back. Could do with some Anti bacterial hand wash instead of a bar of soap. But really there was nothing we didn't like.

                The property was very clean and had everything you need for a week away. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location of the property is just perfect and is at a beautiful spot. I would not want to be anywhere else in Whitby. Benita and Mike were extremely helpful and obviously care about making your stay special.
                There is not anything I can say I did not like.

                The apartment had everything we could need for a week's stay, and more. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, being close enough to all the central attractions, but far enough away to be a lovely quiet stay. The host was fantastic and was available should we need her at any time. We would definitely recommend this property, and would stay again.

                The apartment is in a great location very close to the pavilion and easy walking into town. Lovely and spacious with all the facilities you need to stay in and chill and be cosy when the weather is unfriendly.

                This is a great apart hotel. Beautiful building with very nicely done rooms with lots of space, great décor and appliances. The location is superb - very quiet and right next to the beach. The host was fantastic with quick response time who met and greeted us on arrival.

                Everything it was clean tidy kitchen was lovely so easy to cook in xx made some lovely meals. Whent down to the garden on the crescent in the morning for a coffe really nice start to the day. The girls loved the bed in the living room 😍
                At lot of steps to get to our room easy for most killed me as disabled but didnt spoil our stay xx

                Overall everything about this property was excellent, everything provided for your comfort, excellent location.
                We found the stairs very hard going but this was probably down to our age, and not the property.

                Perfect location. Lovely clean modern apartments whilst the building still had many of its original features. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Lots of additional cleaning measures being undertaken in light of Covid-19 too which was very reassuring. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

                Property was very clean. Benita was very welcoming and gave some great recommendations for eating out. The bed was super comfortable - I suffer from a bad back and my husband suffers with his shoulders and we both slept soundly. Fantastic convenient location for everything and very quiet.

                Great location and everything you could need for a home away from home stay. We had room 2 which had a massive comfee chair in the window I sat there every morning with a cupp and my kindle with the window open looking at the boats pootling into the breakwater to the harbour absolute bliss. The stairs are not for the faint hearted when your taking your bags up and down but great for getting your step count up. Benita was very friendly and made us feel really welcome would definitely recommend this property
                Lots of pots pans and crockery glass wear and cutlery but maybe could have benefited from having a good nonstick frying pan

                A really warm welcome and lovely apartment! Given full information about how Fayvan have adapt to opening since Covid and how they are keeping themselves and guests safe! Nice touches like fresh flowers and milk & drinks tray on arrival made it immediately feel like home away from home. The apartment was also really well equipped, everything you could need is already there! We've had such a lovely stay in Whitby! Thank you!
