My go to hotel”
I've been staying here for so many years. For the money you pay, no other hotels can offer better. There's an apartment right in front with food and convenient store. Sufficient lights all around the place makes this hotel feel pretty safe.

Simply unfriendly”
In COVID time, they did not answer my email asking about the situation ! Then there was not enough soap in the bathroom ... I was given a room on the second floor, next to noisy people, and there is no lift ! (I'm 72) Maybe I'm too much used to smiling people so I am disappointed when they're not ?

Out of town, but great place to stay”
A really good hotel, modern rooms, shower excellent, bed comfy. Balcony was nice to get a breath of fresh air. The hotel is set in the countryside about 15 mins away from the city centre. Good breakfast and really thoughtful, friendly and helpful staff. A special mention to the young man on reception who arranged a Tuk Tuk into town for us. I was on a motorbike trip coming back from the north, and this was a good hotel for me to stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice Budget Hotel”
I stayed here so many times and kinda like it a lot. I think it's one of the best boutique hotels in Khamphaengphet. Everything is good except the location, not far from the main city yes but the road to the hotel is very dark and scary. This time I was assigned to the room next to the stairs and it was horrible and disturbing because I heard the noise of footsteps all night.

ALL good stuff”
Upon arrival,,, first thing U notice is the beer fridge in the sparkling clean lobby. Check-in was like taking candy from a baby. Get to your room, they carry your bags, and enter a newly built, generous, space. Air con throws out a very refreshing, cool, breeze. The shower is a little wider than your wing-span, with a shower head larger than your head and spews out water at a welcomed rate. Up in the morning and feed the ole' tummy with their scrumptous bkfst (yes, really tasty). Then depart to go see the Bhuddist ruins and Temples around, which are profound. We checked in for ONLY one night, toured the Bhuddist grounds, then late afternoon, drove an easy 71kmm to SukoThai, spent one night, went to the 'ruins' here, and late afternoon left for CMai.

Still a good hotel to stay but need to improve”
I stayed here almost every time I went to Kamphaeng Phet. The room was daily clean with two bottles of complementary water which was great because some hotels don't provide that. The Wi-Fi is much better than the last time I stayed - don't have to login again every time your device is under lock mode. The staff are friendly but not very attentive. The road to the hotel is still dark and it's worse because there's no sign of the hotel for us to see. We almost couldn't find it.

Tired and soulless”
Mmm My room. Hole in towel, hole in sheets, towelrack fell of the wall, rainshower looks good on picture but not connected to tap, Breakfast limited, when I asked if the cook could fry the eggs so they were hard, she pointed to the microwave, I had to ask for tea, there was only nescafe available. When I came back after visting the temples, the hotel had locked me out the room and I had to re activate my key card. This happened one more time. When my partner was in the shower the water stopped running and she had to wait for it to start again. We know this is Thailand and these things can happen( we lived here for 6 years ) but the people in the hotel did not really worry too much about those things. My friend who stayed in another room, had to change rooms because her door did not lock, and the sink would not drain and she had a big tear in her sheet. We stayed for 2 weeks in all different places and this was the worst one. You can feel it's soul purpose was to make money. It was however VERY clean and the sheets were nice cotton sheets.

A Big Disappointment ”
Having read the previous reviews we were hopeful of a pleasant stay. However this most certainly wasn’t the case! The staff were rude, unhelpful, disinterested and downright unprofessional. They gave the impression that we were a hindrance and I suspect they were somewhat racist This was my 7th stay in a Thai hotel this trip and my first (and hope last) negative review but I will always be honest in my reviews and possibly help other travellers From the moment we checked in we were made to feel unwelcome. The 2 youngsters on reception almost tutted at us for the inconvenience. We were given a room on the third floor and with no elevator we stupidly hoped we would be helped with our luggage from the car park... in vain! They saw us struggle to open the lobby door and ignored the possibility of aiding us. There is no food available in hotel so we ventured out and found a complex with supermarket and food hall about 5 minutes from hotel we were never greeted at all but ignored

Great hotel......far out of town”
Hotel is immaculate, everything great. Only gripe is that its quite far out of town but reception will sort u with an 80bt Tuk Tuk into town. Great breakfast and staff

Quite run down for a newish hotel”
Room not clean, hotel looks unkempt, breakfast is kind of haphazard. Nice dining area, hotel in quiet location. Far from town, need car.

Still good hotel to stay but need some renovation ”
This time I stayed at the room no. 202. Everything worked fine as usual, but the floor in front of the bathroom was cracked and totally damaged. The staff were not always at the front, I had to wait for them for a little while during checking in and out. The WiFi was good but it would be much better if they would use the one-time login system so we don’t need to login every time our phone or tablet are on locked screen mode. It’s quite annoying to be honest. Another thing I think they should improve is provide a set of big and small towels for drying our bodies and heads separately.
