I booked the service on Agoda with the price approx. 10% cheaper than that on the other sites. Fiore provided punctual coach transfer and very helpful guidance. I was really impressed by their hospitality and professional manner. They were all friendly, enthusiastic and well-trained, which was really beyond my expectations compared with the price offered. We got a nice room with beautiful sea view. The pool, outdoor areas were clean and safe. Fiore also offered good buffets in the morning with diverse dishes, both in Vietnamese and Western cuisine. With this affordable price, Fiore is among the best choices in Phan Thiet. Highly Recommend!

Came here for for a long weekend trip and we both really enjoyed our stay at Fiore. The staff was great and super helpful, and the restaurant was surprised us with how good some of the things on the menu were! The location is a bit far away from the main strip in Mui Nei / Phan Tiet, but it's a beach resort anyway and it's easy to take a shuttle in if you wanna go into town, which is pretty much just a different selection of restaurants anyway. This was my third or fourth trip to Mui Nei, and actually being further out and renting a motorbike to take the long drive into town was one of the most fun experiences I've had in Mui Nei and gave me a new perspective on the area. Overall, it was a good experience!

Travelling with my wife and her family to this resort, we had a big age range to please, but everyone had a great time here. The resort is very friendly, the staff always on hand to help. The breakfast was decent, beach clean and peaceful, pool nice. The place has a friendly vibe and for the price you can't go wrong. We hope to return here again in the future.

After I’ve stayed there last weekend, I was amazed that it was several times better than our imagination! The hotel is on the hill and overlooking the sea! The sea breeze is scornful, and the feeling of being relaxed and happy makes us a lot of people excited! The courtyard greens seem to be in the garden, swimming pool, gazebo, everywhere! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the sleeping environment is comfortable! The most cost-effective hotel, highly recommended!

If you dont mind the dated furniture and just want a beach retreat, this definitely is a paradise for you. I stayed in a spacious room which had glass walls and overlooked the sea, where I could hear the 'singing' of waves. The beach is on the doorstep but the waves were a little too strong and overturned me like a turtle shell every single time. Staff was very warm and helpful.

It was good that the hotel staff approached to the customer at the restaurant when having breakfast to make the survey and collect feedback from the customer. Although not feeling happy with the cleaning quality in the room, but I still feel happy when sharing my comments and feedback to the hotel staff and seeing that such the staff listened to my feedback with her respectfulness. Good location but a disappointment”
The rooms are very old and dated and in need of upgrading soon. The bathroom's electric didn't work so well and the breakfast disappointing. This is unfortunate because the hotel is in an excellent location and good value for money. It is position in a very tranquil section and blessed with a great beach and beautiful sea! The surrounding areas are very quiet, but this added to the charm of this resort.

Needs a lot of money spent on staff training and infrastructure. Location is in middle of nowhere. Beautiful beach is spoilt by mountains of trash and dead fish being washed ashore on every tide.

Average to say the least. Not good value despite 50% off. All other guests were Russians, and they were extremely drunk and very aggressive . Food was a joke, breakfast would run out by 8am, Russians would take all the buffet . We tried ordering a pizza out of desperation and it was leftovers from breakfast, couldn’t eat it. No staff around at evening meal times so we had to go across the road to eat. Which was a god send. We are not at all happy.

About the Russian, we cannot control our customer to do anything but our rules, so if they were extremely drunk and very aggressive just like you wrote, it is clearly nothing we can do in this situation unless they violate our rules. About the breakfast, we can make sure that we never run out of food by 8 am because the time out for the breakfast is 9.30am. And the meals, we always have the staff around the restaurant, and if they were really not here at that time, you can ordered with our Reception. So for all the things what made you weren't happy, we are really sorry for your unhappy vacation. And if any chance you can come back to our Resort, we guardrantee you will see the best of our Resort. We wish you all the best for your life.

Khách sạn tôi đến nói chung cũng được, view ngắm cảnh thì ok, nhân viên ở đây phục vụ tốt, nhiệt tình, đồ ăn ở đây rất ngon, nhiều món nữa chứ. Không những thế, khách sạn ở đây rất tốt cho những người nào bị mất ngủ nhiều ngày. Nói chung về vẻ bề ngoài của khách sạn thì ok còn về tiện nghi cũng xuống cấp đôi chút nên mong khách sạn chi chút tiền để nâng cấp khách sạn cho những du khách ở.
