One of my favourite hotels in Johor! Due to the surge of bookings and a shortage of manpower, rooms could not be cleaned and made up in time. Check-in took 5 hours, it is believed that this was due to poor planning by the hotel staff. Nevertheless I will not rate this hotel based on this one time unforseeable circumstances. (Edit: During a long weekend before Hari Raya Haji, checked in within 5 minutes and the reception was empty. Really a mood lifter!) Service: When it came to our turn to check-in it was very immediate and staff were very professional and courteous towards what seemed to be a never-ending stream of travellers. Called the reception desk and they handled my queries very well, in spoken English too. Lastly, they sent, to our rooms, additional bottles of water when we requested for it. Hotel room: 1. Air conditioning was not very noisy though it produced sounds. The room was quiet and we had a sound sleep. Temperature can be regulated with the air conditioning controller. 2.There was a soap dispenser but the quality of soap is quite poor. 3. Hair dryer available, no cold air settings. 4. No mini fridge 5. Bottled water and boiler already available. 6. No smart TV but extended TV channels like AXN 7. Great WiFi connectivity in the entire building and connecting was super quick 8. Aesthetically pleasing room with beautiful carpets and decor that is very recent and brand new. 9. No bathrobe/ slippers 10. Towels seems to be really old (from constant rewashing) based on the texture. (Edit: They changed out the towels to newer ones) 11. Phones available for calling the reception. 12. There's barely any walking space in the room and it turns out to be quite small ( don't let wide lens images fool you) 13. The temperature of the heater is irregular, turns out if the water pressure is smaller, the water will be warmer. Breakfast & dining space: Nice range of foodstuff and it is self service. Great location & Clean room”
I took family suite. Spacious for me, sister and parent. The room itself is spacious and clean. The mattress and pillow are clean. The bathroom is a bit smaller for family suite. The down side is there is a bit of smell from the air-cond and when we entered the parking, we need to stop at the steep which, personally I don’t like it as my car is not good on hill steep. The breakfast is nice though, not much of variety but each of them are delicious! My family loves it. Recommended stay, .

The reception is Miss Nora she is very friendly and very helpful and the room is very clean. second day a gentleman front office he also friendly very obedient and not forgetting the police Bantuan guy front entrance also friendly very helpful to show the directions where you wanted to go, the hotel is super good and location also and the staff . Central location, value for money for short stay ”
Perfect location near to JBCC. If you’re looking for a cozy place for a short stay near jb center, you should go for this. Room size is acceptable, equipped with most of the thing except for refrigerator for certain room type. Just take note of that if you need any medication or anything that requires refrigerator you might have to take a second look of certain room type. Other than that, it’s perfect! Staff are friendly and helpful, didn’t manage to get his name but he was on duty for 29,30 and he remembered me when I made another reservation on the second day. An outstanding staff. Will always come back if needed. Highly recommended!

Check in with my wife for short vacation 2day1night. Very convenient for Singapore JB border crosser , nearby CIQ and big shopping mall(Komtar & JB City Square) , night can walking distance to Bazar Karat. Room and toilet clean, comfortable bed, just the room not sound proof coz can hear very clear when the housekeeping gossip outside room. Will come again next time and try the breakfast package

I love this hotel. Walking distance from CIQ. Many dining and shopping options to choose from across the road from 2 big malls. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Enough for a good rest and clean up after a tough day of shopping. Not newly built but rather newly refurbished under new management. Will stay again.

I arrived at the hotel at 6pm++ and was told by the receptionist that my room was not ready. I was unhappy because I was so tired and in my mind only to lie down to get rest. Check in time is 3pm and at 6pm room still not ready? That's the only problem I had but overall the hotel is worth staying, room was clean, the buffet breakfast with a lot of choice. Will come back again..

The room i chose was family suite..spacious..got 3 beds. Even a single bed can sleep by two persons. It has two toilets. The room very simple,modern n spacious. The room worth the price. It is situated at strategic location near to city square n komtar shopping mall. Just walking distance. At night you can walk along the road, it has many lights for you to enjoy night breeze n taking pictures. Breakfast is simple menu but enough to fill up the stomach.Definitely will stay again here if come to JB. Awesome hotel!!

Very Clean Room, Great Buffet Breakfast with many choices, coffee machine, juices, fruits, porridge, meehon soup, toast bread, pastries, nasi lemak, mee goreng, etc. Great customer service, friendly and helpful. Next to the hotel is Haidilao steamboat, pubs, malls. Walking distance to checkpoint to Singapore through the Mall. Can order for rent-a car services at the lobby with the hotel reception.

Affordable pricing and within 5 mins walk from Komtar JBCC. Room is clean too. But just a feedback not sure why the toilet smells of smoke when we got a smoke free room. But otherwise all is good! Staff is friendly and accommodative too :)

Clean, cozy and value for money”
Room was cozy and clean. Parking was easy (we parked in front of the hotel). Staff were all helpful and warm. Various selection of food and drink for breakfast. Super worth it. The only downside is the clogged sink. The rest is fine ✨

Excellent location! JBCC and City Square Mall opposite, just a 5 mins distance away. Easy access to hotel. Executive Room has mini bar, safe, sofa, everything it has. Especially the bed is comfy. But the cons is for customer service staff, they needs to pay attention /check the enquiry, needs improvement on that area. I sent the enquiry but no responses/reply from them.

Good location, near Komtar Mall. Amenities are new and working well. 5 mins walk from City Square Mall. Breakfast is not variety but filling for the stomach. Staff is super helpful and approachable when asked for extra bottled water and notify us when our food delivery arrived at the lobby. Fast check in and check out. My first staycay here but definitely not my last.

I really love the hotel as it looks brand new. Location wise is extremely fantastic as you just need to cross a road to reach a mall (Komtar JBCC) and walking for about 15mins to many eateries in Jalan Trus. The staffs were very polite and helpful. Would really love to stay there again!
