No iron & heater in the room. If you need hot water need to go down G floor & take at the lobby. No iron even tho you asked from them. Location is pretty okay. Near to convenience store. Easy to get public transport. Near Tanah Abang. Clean room. But hot water was what other travelers have said, a bad smell at first but after that okay.

Air nya licin sekali, sprei yang tidak bersih membuat badan saya gatal semua merah bentol2. kamar kurang terang, Early check in pun tidak bisa, dikenakan tarif 1 hari. Lokasi jauh dari halte busway.

+ : hotel depan jalan raya, kamar lumayan besar, air mandi cukup deras - : TV lokal, AC kurang dingin, air hangat kurang lancar sering tiba" jadi air dingin sy datang terlambat check inn jam 11 malam, sudah info hotel melalui agoda juga. namun kamar sudah mulai penuh dan sy ditawarkan c/i di lantai bawah dekat resepsionis

sy sudah 2x nginap disini, kemarin biasa saja dan sekarang kecewa bgt, dapat kamar 503 dan itu mengecewakan, mulai dari AC tidak dingin, air panas tidak berfungsi sama sekali, handle shower mau copot, lantai kamar mandi licin (sampai sy minta di sikat lagi). sy minta pindah kamar tapi para staf seperti tidak mau memindahkan dgn alasan suami sy sudah request kamar di lantai atas (padahal suami sy tidak pernah merasa request dan selama c/i hanya sy yg bicara, staf aneh !!). next kamar di servis dlu baru diberikan ke tamu.. thx
