Enjoy stay at Qui Nhon”
We get 2night 3days At FLC Grand Hotel. So Stayed 2bedrooms so comfortable rooms amenities and view from room. But nothing Swimming at Beach and Kids room in site if we want to go to there and need move to next Luxury hotel each time. Also far from downtown Qui Nhon. it takes about 20 minutes go there. If you want to more enjoy at downtown need chosen at there site.

(+) The room was spacious. The pool was huge and our child loved the kid's pool a lot. Buffet breakfast was diversified and well tasted. It has a beautiful private beach with an amazing sand shore. Near Eo Gio and Ky Co beach. (-) Far from the city center. Not feel being welcomed during checking in and out. The room had cigarettes smell though we clearly noted on requirement non-smoking room since we traveled with a toddler. The housekeeper quickly provided us with oil fragrance but it took a day for removing the smell of cigarettes.

We are so pleased with literally everything’s this facility offered. From the first moment we booked, from online communication to counter services, first class all the way! We were so reluctant to leave this paradise! Best staffs: To-Man, Huy, Thủy, Thanh-Van, Đặt, Phương, we were spoiled every steps of our stays. The beach is so heavenly fresh and the sand is blindingly white. Just an amazing place! Wow, what an experience. We plan to come back next year with a bigger group of families and friends. Before this paradise is discovered.

設備はまだ新しいので綺麗です。 テト期間は気温も低く海の波が高いので泳げませんでしたが季節を選べばとても満足できると思います。シャンプー、コンディショナーは持参した方がいいです。朝食ビュッフェは星３〜４です。 NHKは日本語ではなく英語の方でした。 近くには美味しいレストランやKy Coビーチもあって泳げなかったけど楽しめました。

融通が効かないことが多く、さらにはデポジットを預けたのにチェックアウト時に案内無し。チェックアウト後に気が付きメールでホテルに返金の連絡をするもホテル側から連絡なし。とにかくいろいろと対応が悪い。

한국인에겐 답답한 호텔”
- 불편했던 점 1. 아고다에서 엑스트라 서비스 옵션으로 예약함 체크인할 때 예약자 이름조차 없었고 아고다의 예약번호도 조회되지 않는다고 늦어짐 어떻게 이름은 찾았는지 체크인을 하려고 하는데 아고다 옵션인 룸업그레이드랑 식음료10%를 받을 수 있는지 물어보았는데 전혀 알지 못했고 룸을 업그레이드 하려면 돈을 내라고 요구함 그래서 아고다에서 옵션있는 것을 설명하니 본인들은 모르겠다고 손님보고 직접 아고다에 전화해서 확인해보라고 요구함. 직원들이 어딘가 전화해보더니 그제야 세부사항을 알게되었는지 제대로 체크인을 할 수 있었는데 또 업그레이드 되어진 룸은 청소를 해야해서 한시간 동안 기다림 체크인만 대략 두시간이 걸림. 2. 골프(드라이빙레인지) 두사람이 가서 볼 바구니 2개를 받고 연습 후 계산을 2바구니 가격으로 결제하려는데 1개 값만 계산함(이것도 직원이 어딘가 직접 전화해서 확인 후 두명이 볼100개만 했다고 확인한 사항) 그래서 우리는 당연히 한 바구니에 볼이 50개 있는 줄 알고 넘어감 문제는 다음날 또 두명이 가서 2개 바구니 받아서 연습하고 결제하려는데 이번엔 두개의 바구니 가격으로 결제하라고 해서 당황함 직원 설명으로는 본인 규정이라고 해서 어이가 없었음 (같은 바구니인데 어떤 사람은 한개 가격만 계산하고 다른 사람은 두개를 하라는 논리) 결국 그냥 두개를 결제함 그래서 우리는 첫번째날은 한바구니에 볼을 적게줬나 하고 넘어감 근데 문제는 또 다음날 저번에 결제를 하나만 했으니 추가 결제를 하라고 요구함. 3. 의사소통의 어려움 영어소통 능력이 너무 부족해서 발생하는 문제가 많음 골프 라운드가 끝난 뒤 골프클럽백을 버기카에 두고 우리 호텔로 돌아간다고 직원에게 말했고 직원이 오케이하고 넘어감. 체크아웃을 데스크에서 하고 골프백이 안오고 버기카만 와서 우리는 백이 어디있는지 물어봤는데 대충 호텔에 있다는 식으로 말함 우리는 적어도 3번이상 호텔 가는 길에 물어봄 근데 호텔 도착했는데 골프백이 없었음 그래서 또 체크인 카운터가서 도움을 요청하고 전화를 나한테 넘기길래 직접 말함 또 기다리는데 백은 안옴 결국 직접 찾으러 다시 감 4. 음식 피자가 피자가 아님 파스타 양은 주먹만큼 나옴 조식은 조금씩 달라지지만 먹을게 너무 없음 5. 시설 태풍이 온 뒤 방문해서 그런지 바다주변이 관리가 잘 안되어있고 수리 중이였음 코로나로 인해 손님이 대부분 베트남 사람이여서 그런지 식당 메뉴나 호텔 내 레스토랑이 여러개 있음에도 불구하고 한 곳만 오픈해서 지겨울 정도였음. - 좋았던 점 1. 침대 2. 외국인 직원이 있어서 문제가 있을 때마다 나서서 해결해주심 3. 룸음 정말 깨끗하게 청소해주심 4. 영어를 그래도 소통될 정도로 하는 직원은 조금 있어서 문제가 어떻게든 해결은 됐음 5. 골프 필드관리는 잘되어있고 캐디들 한국어도 조금 영어도 적당히 하셔서 라운드에서 문제는 없었음 총평 뀌년에서 그나마 괜찮은 호텔인줄 알았으나 베트남기업이여서 그런지 한국인 기준 미달 직원들 교육이 절실하게 필요해 보임
