Aside from the garden which was in total mess and not maintained, the villa pool was spacious and comfortable. The staff was kind and service was ok. Breakfast buffet was average. There are plenty of activities within the FLC area. And it is located by the beach. The pool and garden should be cleaned and maintained properly.

There's no beach! ”
There's just a wall with rocks, no beach at a beach resort! There's a small beach in town, but filled with fishing boats and no room to really walk. The water is very brown. The food was very mediocre. The villa was nice. There's nothing to do besides golf and we weren't even allowed to walk on the road in the golf course. The facilities were just lacking in the details, except the spa was nice.

Very disappointed with the overall hotel stay. I booked a pool villa and was assigned a different villa which was very disappointing, small bedroom with another room which I don't need. During the check-in, the receptionist didn't mention the changes in the room nor explained. I only realised it when I arrived and see that the villa is not what I booked initially. The staff who send us to the villa by buggy also didn't assist with the rooming to explain on room facilities. Is this 5-star Luxury hotel? Also on 21/3 after my massage, the buggy personnel alight us half-way to our villa and told us to walk back since he is transporting another lady. Why can't he send us to our room since the hotel is not busy? The overall room's furniture, carpentry works and amenities in the villa doesn't project the image of a 5 Star Luxury Resort! All the staff at the hotel need training.
