Excellent hotel near the airport”
We had a late flight arrival of almost midnight & did not want to go all the way to Jakarta & an early morning flight of 6am & did not want to be bother with the Jakarta traffic, FM 7 resort did not disappoint. The staff were friendly & courteous. We had reserved a deluxe room, but were nicely upgraded to deluxe plus which was a bigger spacious room. The free shuttle to & from the airport with the late arrival & early departures were not a problem. The free all you can eat breakfast did not disappoint us as well & a 24hr restaurant also served excellent food. The only thing that disappoint us - cigarette smoking was allowed in the restaurant & even though we were moved to another area of the restaurant, the air still permeates with the cigarette smoke. Wish they would not allow smoking in the restaurant area otherwise would recommend this place for easy access to/from airport.

Wonderful introduction to Indonesia”
Where to start! Arrived from Australia via free hotel/airport shuttle, to find had been upgraded to a large modern gorgeous room. Check in was fast, professional and efficient check. The aquatic amenities were a treat; pool, spa, steam-room ,sauna and even a cold plunge pool/spa (not sure of correct term!) Staff in all areas were wonderful and cheerful. My Chinese fiance arrived later at 11pm and restaurant was still open, meals were delicious as was the buffet breakfast the next morning. Check out was a breeze, and the manager asked me what I would change...I thought about it, but there was simply nothing I would change from the experience we had. Free transportation back to the airport and off on the rest of our trip. Extremely well staffed, serviced and managed, FM7 was an exceptional introduction to the wonderful people, hospitality and culture of Indonesia.

Pick up was on time and no trouble. Road fr airport to hotel was typical small roads in Jakarta, which normally experiencing traffic during peak hours. Check in was easy. Deposited IDR 500k. Room was clean. Bathroom was blinded lightly, body's shadow was seen from the room. Staffs were all friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast options and good quality of food. Location is suitable for access to airport and not suitable if needed to go to city often.

Pros: My highlight was the wonderful breakfast buffet, good spacious clean room, which was upgraded from deluxe to deluxe plus, and the price. Cons: You have to take taxi to go anywhere. No mall or shopping walking distance, but than again taxis are so cheap, so no cons.

Perfect Airport Hotel”
I stayed overnight at FM7 and was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I had a person waiting for me when I arrived (holding a sign with my name, with distinctive clothing). It is only a short distance from the airport, 10 minutes at the most. The rooms are really nice and roomy.It was explained to me that they have just been recently refurbished. There was no outside noise from the airport planes or any other traffic. It was very peaceful and perfect for a good sleep.The staff were very attentive and friendly. There is an hourly shuttle to return you to take you to the airport. Both transfers were free. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a great location as it is very near the airport. Check in was fast and smooth. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The roof top bar and restaurant is a great place to relax in the evening. Food choices were also good. planning to stay here again.

We discovered our Home Covid Tests had expired and the hotel staff quickly escorted us to the airport 24 hour Covid test center and waited for us to receive our results to take us back to the hotel. Great hotel for a quick stop in Jakarta ”
Good location, they picked you up at the airport for free, the restaurant was really good, the room was clean and simple, the breakfast started at 4 am so even if you have a super early flight or jet lag you can enjoy breakfast from 4 am. They offer wake up call and it worked perfect.

Every time we have to fly to Jakarta to catch a flight the next day, we stay at FM7. They provide free shuttles to and from the airport. The staff are kind and attentive. The hotel has been renovated so it is modern, although we prefer the old, spacious rooms more. (The new rooms are a bit dark, but then we were only there to sleep.) Spare yourself the traffic jams of Jakarta. If you only need to be by the airport, stay at FM7. The congee in the morning is really good too!

Excellent stay near Jakarta Airport ”
Great place for both a short stay if you are just in transit or even if staying longer. It will take approximately 30 minutes to reach the central area for approximately USD 10 from the property. The staff is very friendly, the facilities are amazing with a large pool, sauna and complete gym plus a beautiful lounge bar and very good restaurant. They gave me extended check out time for free and the free shuttle to the airport is also a great help. Excellent cost/benefit.

It's a quirky hotel particularly the overall decor. Food, service, location and shuttle excellent. ”
We enjoyed the rooftop bar in the evenings for the atmosphere, food and beverages. The interior decor of the hotel is very different to many hotels. It's a bit out there and we really enjoyed the change. The shuttle service is fantastic let them know in advance of your arrival and departure flights and all will run smoothly. Would definitely stay here again - it was our second stay on this trip.

The room was quiet and spacious, all of its staffs were friendly (including the cleaners, the bellhops, the receptionists, etc.). A pleasant stay. only 15 minutes to the airport. The rooftop bar was great, and the Jacuzzi was good.

This is a Hotel that should be at the top of your list to stay at just 7 mins from the Airport, and you will not be disappointed. From meeting and pick up at the airport by a staff member in their bright yellow uniforms everything was so easy. Beautiful rooms, fantastic staff who could not do enough to help, the food and location had it all. This will be my go-to place next trip to Jakarta

Very nice hotel ”
It was a very nice hotel for what we were paying. I expected a very basic room for the price and location, but was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is nice as well. The food was priced reasonably, portions were enough. The only complaint would be that I was really craving a milkshake, but like everywhere else, the strawberry milkshake was really just strawberry milk. But it was still good.
