I would love to stay in this hotel again. The location is near by so many activities, market, food stalls, restaurants local banks. And the residence it is very clean neat and tidy . The care taker people work there are very friendly too. Feels like in the 4 star hotel room. I will really recommend this residence to stay with the price is amazing cheap as.

Good stay, room cleanliness could have been better but that has been an issue for me all over Indonesia,the country is simply not to western standards in this area. the Fontana was better than most but the top if the wardrobe, still below my eye level, was covered with dust and obviously had not been cleaned in a long time.Shower stall was covered with hard water stains and soap scum that also had built up over time and never completely cleaned. Also free WiFi only was reliable in public areas. There was a hub outside my door but it must have been set to low power as the connection was not reliable inside the room but worked OK in the seating area outside the room.

Very nice and clean hotel in a quiet neighbourhood”
the hotel was really nice. the rooms are well equipped with a nice bathroom, a good tv and the standards. there is a kitchen that everybody can use. however, any staff was never around for questions or problems. the area is very quiet, there is not much, but a bar/café and a supermarket is nearby.

Lovely hotel but a bad location”
Every time getting in and getting out was a super difficult task.. the Taxu drivers had super issues with finding this place and staff dont speak english.. it is good if u are a bahasa speaker and want to be in the centre of the city in Jakarta

although bare minimum 'hotel service', it made me feel like it was my own home. quiet home atmosphere. cool interior. fast internet. clean kitchen..but who needs kitchen to cook when there's great food 5mins walk to main road.

this cant be consider as a hot it should be graded only as motel or stay for back packer as for the price is value for money becose it is near to the city (bring your own cleaning device and mosquitoes repeller.)

it's located in the residential area. there is nobody in reception. if you're not familiar with the city, you'll find it difficult to get the taxi. you can either call the taxi or ask the security to get the taxi.

ジャカルタ中心部から数ｋｍ程だが、治安は良くない。ホテルの場所が非常に解り難い。ブルーバードタクシーにグランドインドネシアから乗ったが、遠近など十分地図も準備し提示したにもかかわらず、運転手さん３人目で漸く場所を解ってくれた。スーパーマーケットは、歩いて５分程の所に有り便利だが、町は汚いし、適当なレストランも近くには無い。また、室内に蚊が居たので、蚊取り線香は必須。温水も出なかったが、クレームで修理して頂いた。日本語のみならず英語もほとんど通じない。込み入った話は、インドネシア語オンリー。 「ドリアンＪｕｎｔａｋ」に行く為に徒歩圏のホテルを選んだ。アゴダに関係ないが、ドリアンＪｕｎｔａｋのドリアンは、看板に偽りありだ。タイのモントーンの方が味も価格もベスト。事前連絡無しだが、出てきたのは、オートーコーに達していない。追加要求には、此れは明日との発言。木から落ちたドリアンが売りなので、店のドリアンは、全部、食べ頃のはず。にもかかわらず、明日と言う事は、木から落ちていない証である。今年は大雨で天候不順の為、味が良く無いとは言っていた。

lokasi bagus tanpa pelayanan sama sekali”
pada waktu datang ke lokasi pada sekitar pukul 20.00 saya dioper ke lokasi lainnya (fontana 2) tanpa ada konfirmasi sama sekali. karena sudah terlanjur bayar ke agoda, dan sudah agak malam, hal ini terpaksa saya terima saja. di lokasi kedua tidak ada resepsionis (saya tidak pernah melihatnya dalam 2 hari saya nginap disana), saya hanya diantar ke kamar dilantai 3 tanpa lift oleh petugas security serabutan, koper yang berat harus saya angkat sendiri kelantai tiga karena petugasnya sudah kabur keatas tanpa memperdulikan barang saya. saya kemudian diberi kunci kamar, dinyalain lampu dan ditinggal pergi. tidak ada breakfast pada pagi hari selama 2 hari saya nginap disana. dan pada saat mau check out, karena tidak ada resepsionis, saya hampir saja keluar sendiri dan mencari taxi. untungnya saya ketemu dengan perempuan yang berpakaian piama didalam penginanpan yang menanyakan apakah saya mau check out (orang itu yang nggak jelas siapa) tapi kepadanya saya menitipkan kuci kamar dan segera pergi.
