Almost every year, me & hubby will choose this hotel for our staycation away from the kids. We loves this place. Room is big & the view from our balcony is so mesmerizing in the morning. We love the quietness of the surrounding also. But today breakfast is so disappointing. Not much food & theres no top up of the bread even we we go there at 8.30am.

Went with family for this trip. It’s a nice and quiet place. Perfect for people who does not like crowded places. Food aren’t good so do not expect much. However there is beach, water park, and bicycle for rent to enjoy family time. DUTY FREE shop around the corner that sell mainly chocolate, wine, beer and liquor. Overall I will be back.

Hotel room is huge with beach view balcony. The beach is just outside the hotel, it's a quiet location and perfect for couples/family who prefer to escape from crowds. Cleanliness was so so, the floor is dusty but it's all good after room service. Location wise it's far from town (JB) but it's nearby Legoland if visitors planning to go Legoland. Overall experiences is great and definitely will visit again!

Feel in love with this place at first sight. The sea view greeting your morning with bird chirping and clapping of the sea while seeing ur homeland across the sea is so superb. Great views. Hopefully more rooms are open. The breakfast and dinner spread variety though slightly limited but the taste quality very good. Love every dish. Prawn was fresh. Everything is clean. Staff super polite and helpful though covid force them to be understaff - I'm guessing....

Frankly we took the hotel room since all the others were booked. But the room was better than we expected with the balcony which was sea facing with nice view. The beach is empty. I would say this is best for those who escape Singapore to see less of the local crowd. However there is hardly any cafe or eating joints nearby. So a vehicle is a must. Kids have a water park to look forward to. It's not free, but payment is minimal The staff are very polite. Breakfast in your rooms during weekdays and in the restaurant during weekends.

We check in during Christmas Eve, due to the hotel location expected the quietness. The hotel look quiet classy, the staff very friendly, the facilities is fine. But, the dinner, we we're quite disappointed as when we reach the restaurant around 7.30pm most of the dishes has finish & they only top around 8pm. When we wanted to walk around the hotel area, it's all dark. Maybe, the hotel can think about to put up the street light at the pathway. Also, when we stuck in the lift at level 8 after we have dinner that night. We tried to press the emergency bell & no one attend to us (my children scared to death). The next day, we didn't see any sign indicate faulty or service needed in front of that particular lift. All in all, it was a good experience.

Pros: + Amazing ocean themed lobby; + Beautiful landscaping in garden; + Duty free shopping; + Friendly and courteous staff; + Fun water obstacles and water surf 'n' slide; + Spacious room with bath tub in toilet; + Special decorations (giant crabs, giant toy soldier, seals, staircase to heaven, etc.) at beach; + Value for money since breakfast and dinner included. Cons: - Area not fully reopened yet and when travelling out, need to go through immigration check; - Dusty bed headboard; - Foul air / water from toilet bowl; - Some fleas hovering over food in restaurant.
