Staff Cooperation is not up to mark”
My booking was confirmed and paid through AGODA.COM but staff says we do't have your booking info...i was tired due to 10 hr driving and staff put me waiting more than 1-2 hr to confirm booking.plus their behaviour was not professional .Shuttle service is OK but you have to wait for shuttle from haram during prayer and traveeh time more than 30 mint.room cleaning was ok but housing keeping is not on daily basis.you have to ask again and again and then some one send housing keeping staff

Dear Friend i will not recommend this hotel if any one having disability persons in group or family it very hard time to go every pray bus only available when pray times if you miss bus you have to spend taxi 10 - 15 Riyal every time they and Room service only three days after they do room service in reception no response people to give respect only Saudi people can give respect and help full if you know Arabic language. so Pl dont think about money Pl try to take nearest hotel in Makkah. Value for money. Before the bus was dedicated for Fursan Aseel but now all Aseel plazas share common buses with name as Al Aseel Plazas Hotel. So don't get waiting for Fursan Aseel as I did for almost 15 mins. When there is Aseel Plaza Hotel bus just get onto it it will drop you to Aseel. Rest all same and good although lightening in the room is not what you find in modern hotels but obviously you are not on a picnic trip and want to spend more time in Haram so it is ok. Value for money as it is really cheap but still have all necessary of high fi hotels. Mini bar, kettle, stove, slippers, towels, soap, shampoo evrything you need... bus shuttle is very good and obeys the timings regularly....

I stayed in Forsan before & really it's value for money. However during this trip, they changed me to another Al Aseel (Alwan) which located a little bit up hill to Forsan. The problem is, most of the time the bus not going up there & you have to walk downhill to Forsan to get to the free bus. Imagine with small kids & older people. By the way, Alwan is a good hotel. It's new

Everything is excellent, the rooms are very clean and spacious, there is all you need inside (such as kettle, dishes, cooker, fridge, tv...), wi-fi signal in room is good, air condition is good, staff is very kind...There is a gorcery inside hotel... The best part is excellent transportation and bus shutle is provided every 5-10 minutes...I would strongly reccomend this hotel to everyone!!

The room is bigger compare to other low cost hotel and the facilities provided are decent. Toilet's equipped with soap, hard teeth brush and cheap shaver. Bus to Haram provided 24Hrs. Parking in front of the hotel are limited, first come first, but however you may find parking elsewhere near to the hotel. But please ask the reception for correct location of you don't want your car to be towed.

It's an excellent hotel to stay. Basic amenities are just beside the hotel.Good shuttle service, ample space for parking around the hotel.Its worth to pay and stay at hotel.I'll book this hotel again for my next visit.
