The room was huge for a studio and has everything you needed such as all the toiletries, hairdryer, a stove, microwave -pretty much a mini kitchen (on my last day, I discovered that there was a washer in the room behind one of the kitchen cabinet). The staffs are really nice and courteous. The room is new and modern. Overall, very happy with my stay!

My stay was a pleasure, evreything the hotel offers is quite nice at a great value. The hotel is too far to walk to areas most frequently used by expats, however a 20min taxi that cost less than $10 will get you there comfortably. No complaints.

Spacious accommodation although a bit remote”
Very spacious room with very new set up and furniture. Especially impressed with their 24-hour gym, sauna and the resident lounge with massage chairs. Even though it is not located in the town centre (around 20-25 min by cab to the Old quarter), it is worth the ride with such comfortable and new room and facilities. The restaurant offers delicious food at very reasonable price. We stayed here for 6 nights and enjoyed it very much. Would consider staying here again when we come to Hanoi next time.

Many travellers mentioned the distance from the old quarter being an issue, but being closer to the airport and away from the busy-ness appealed to me. Hotel staff were great, facilities were top and room was clean, spacious and felt new.

Nice hotel but far from the main tourist area ”
It’s a lovely hotel but the location is poor. It takes about 30 mins to get the old quarters by taxi. Staff is nice and facilities are good!
