We liked this place: rooms are spacious, price was good, location is good, staff is friendly, place is clean. My only complaint is that lights from the air conditioning control and microwave are too bright and couldn't be turned off/unplugged. But we'd happily stay here again.

Hotel staff ruined my experience. ”
The staff who were on at night ruined the reputation of this hotel chain. At first we couldn’t drive to the main gate since a car was blocking the entrance road. How did a car manage to block the main entrance without being noticed by the staff is a mystery to me. There was no concierge service outside I had to go inside the hotel to look for one and when I asked to speak to a supervisor the receptionist replied the supervisor only comes in the morning!

The room needed more cleaning. Price we paid was high compared to quality of the room. Breakfast was also not included. The good thing is that the place is quiet and in Olaya which is close many places in Riyadh.

12 days business trip: Metro road works surround the hotel with regular cancellation of taxis/Uber who can't find the only one way to access...most inconvenient!!! . The heating was broken when very cold in Riyadh. The manager on reception simply didn't care saying 'we will see what we can do tomorrow'...nothing done...I got a cold!? On entry, the fridge was broken. It was repaired. The water flush in the bathroom wasn't switching off. It was repaired . Had to make reminder call to the reception manager (yes the same one) after waiting 45 minutes for bottled water (none left in the room that day). Swimming pool shut for maintenance. Bowl of lentil soup almost £8.00 (SAR38). Carpet in room dirty and stained. Price of laundry exorbitant...really exorbitant!?? Whereas all other staff very polite, the manager on the desk on the evenings Monday/Tuesday 27/28 January was a disgrace. I travel a lot, don't normally send reviews but this time I want to warn others.

It was requested to separate the bed and this request was delayed for few hours. In addition to the fact that housekeeping was requested and also delayed for few hours also. The room value for money was not up to the required standard.

Save your money and stay at Fraser Suits. I lost 1 hour negotiations about wrong room they set me up with it but finally I got a suite bigger than my reservation, breakfast for too and check out at 3. They actually care about their reputation and capable to let you feel comfortable. The executive 1 BD suite was amazing. It’s overlook Faisaliah tower and I believe it was 82 sq m with two bath. It was really HUGE but try to get it at 4th or 5th floor and you will not be disappointed. They have an outstanding outdoor pool on 6 floor along with jacuzzi enough for 8-10 people. Also they got sauna and steam room enough for 4 people each at their spa but massage still not yet opened. Their restaurant overlooked at the pool. Also private underground parking.

Night duty Manager was so accommodating. He gave us even freebies as a celebration of my wife's birthday. Services were very good, excellent staff from the reception, to the housekeeping, to the buffet to all the staffs.

Very displeased with the service from agoda! I paid for the two bedroom Penthouse -which was confirmed- , however once I reached the property I was told that agoda sent a request for a deluxe two bedroom apartment.... never booking through agoda again, I'll just stick to booking.com!
