We came here for the full moon festival and absolutely loved it the staff were super kind and helpful the place was a real vibe & had its own Dj setup at the pool Would definitely stay again

The best place we stayed in when we were in koh phangan Amazing family who honestly were very laid back and relaxed. They helped us out with whatever we needed Loved the pool literally two seconds away from the beach Were the fishermen get ready every morning Bungalows are all located very close to the reception Their is someone inthe reception always ready to help It truly is a freindly resort I'm sad to leave :(

Manage to seize this accommodation during full moon party without paying a bomb. Booked one day before party. It’s just beside the pier jetty from its back entrance. It would’ve good if the roads into the resort is made better. The room is very simple and reminded me of old movies of Thailand hotels. I was moved into another room because toilet was leaking. The new room was renovated and had a charm. Staff personally invited me to join a bbq.

Good location minutes walk from ferry and haad rin beach. Google maps had a problem finding the place so asked a taxi driver and he directed me straight to it. Shower was good and bed was comfortable and that is all I needed for my 1 night stay to attend the famous full moon party

Unfriendly staff but great location for full moon! ”
Amazing location for the full moon party 5 min walk away. Restaurants and shops 3 min walk away. Nice clean pool as seen on pics, horrendous techno music played full blast all day. Staff quite unfriendly didn’t get any communication on arrival just a point to the room. Room clean and spacious! Would recommend!

Pros: 1. pool area was nice 2. location: near ferry dock and full moon party, ambiance: liked the beats in the evening by the pool. Beach wasn't anything special. Cons: room condition: the room was rough! Uncomfortable bed, stained sheets, fridge broken, needs painting and trim. The room wasn't checked at all when we checked out... Was guest house quality room at hotel price. Overall will recommend but needs work.

This place can only be your last option when everything else is booked out for the full moon party. Be prepared to pay the highest $ for the worst hotel you have ever seen. Must say on positive side, they are relaxed and you can do pretty much whatever you want. Was also clean...

Not the best welcome i've ever had”
As soon as i arrived to check in the owner was drunk and he told me to get out, I was perplexed and speechless, I didn't know what to do since I had paid for 3 nights already, a thai guest was the one who came to help because the owner was shouting at me, then the guest could manage to check me in and gave me my room, it was hilarious, the next days he was sober and kind, seems like I had came at the wrong time that day, the room was clean, the fridge was damaged, the A/C was barely working, you pay a high price for what you get, overall I would suggest the travelers to keep this place as your last option!!!

Great if you need a room for a party”
If you are looking for a cheap place to keep your bits whilst you have a party, this place is great, a roof and a bed with great location, for us, we got locked out of our room at 8pm (because the lock had stopped working, and all staff had gone home) and were unable to get hold of anyone until 8am the next day, slept on the beach, then when we finally made it back to our room, the aircon didn't work or the room lights, so if you don't mind a hotbox, lightless don't give a shit room because you want to party, go for it, if not, spend the extra money.

This hotel have only one plus - location. It’s near Full moon party stations. Other things were terrible. Some examples: 1. Not clien, bad smell. 2. There are no warm water. 3. Half of day was no water. 4. Uncomfortable beds, all furnitures are very old. 5. When we arrived, manager was drunk. We paid not very cheap for this hotel, so I give very bad review and couldn’t recomend.

Not recommend to anyone…”
We booked 2 nights here to be close to the full moon party. There were so many bugs, we needed to kill spiders and a cockroach in the toilet. The bed linen e were dirty and there was no cover for the blanket.. One of the reasons we booked here was also the pool and the pool was disgustingly dirty (they just dont clean it) and when we asked about it they said we can swim in it which was very funny. After full moon there were so many taxis waiting for people to ride them to center, dont stay here, find another place even though it’s further away.

When we arrived at the hotel we had to change room three times because of different animals like spiders and even a frog in the bathroom. The staff were rude about it and didn’t even appologize. All the rooms also smelled mold and we hardly had any water. We only stayed because it has a pretty good location for the full moon party and everything else with a reasonable price were fully booked.

For the fee we paid, we could have gotten a much cleaner and better resort. The room was dark and dingy, had a smell of mildew and mould. Everything was old and broken down; we could see the skylight through cracks in the roof/corners of the room. The lock on the door was rusted, totally did not trust the security of the room. Ended up booking another resort nearby. DO NOT stay here.

The swinmingpool was Nice and the hotel is near fullmoon party by 5-10 minute walk. But the rooms are dirty and stinky ! The room smells of mold and what you have in the room is all broken furniture! Not go there if you want to relaxe and have Nice room! We don’t want to go back never again! But the staff was very friendly .
