Stayed during the last few days of Ramadan 1442 (2021) and 2 days afterward. Pros: Faces directly gate 329 of the Haram, which is just a two-minute walk. On the day of Eid, the hotel welcomed all the residents to free sweet and Arabic coffee. This is the first I experienced it in any of the Madinah hotels. I was lucky to find a space in their free car parking. Cons: The wifi was slow especially when downloading.

Great Property. More like a 4-star property than a 5-star”
One of the best hotels near Haram. I would have given it a 5 star only if this was a 4 star property but it’s 5 star and this property does not meet the five star standard and you’ll read why later in this review. It is very near to Haram (around 2 mins walk and especially super near to women’s gate). It is also near to Anwar Al Madinah mall and few other shops. Upon arrival, the bell boy was very friendly and cooperative. He jumped right out to help assist with our luggage. Checkin staff was friendly and professional. Lobby, lifts, corridors all were very clean. We were assigned room 305 (a triple room) and is was good. Furnitures were a little worn out. Not a lot of washroom amenities like dental kit, shaving kit (which you expect in a 5 star property) and only 1 of shower gel and shampoo. Room was very clean. You cannot control the AC temperature from the room. The room was set at 22 degree C which had made the room warm and difficult to sleep. They should allow to control room temperature. We had ordered coffee from their cafe and the barista was super friendly but the coffee he made was beyond good. Chocolate cake was not as per 5 star taste. All in all, it was good 4 star stay experience. Should reconsider their pricing.

I really like this hotel. All staffs are very helpful. Especially the housekeeping staffs are excellent. They are very friendly and whenever u ask them for anything, they are very fast to serve ur need. 10 out of 10.

The location is very near to haram. The rooms were tidy. Special precautions for COVD were taken at all places inside the hotel. Staff were well trained. The breakfast was decent too. Overall satisfied.

Hotel is in the second row. You can go and come back to Haram with very less walk. Love this location and hotel and hotel staff.

Excellent location less than 5 mins walk from masjid nabawi.. the staff are super nice and helpful, the check in process took about 10 mins even though I arrived at 1pm. The rooms were clean, the only thing that was a bit bothering that the rooms space are so narrow. Parkings were free and always available during my stay. Would consider it for my next visit to Medina absolutely.
