Everything about my stay was amazing. The room was very big and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and super friendly. The swimming pool a bit smaller than I expected but still very nice and the view from the rooftop was amazing. The breakfast buffet was very big with lots of different choices. If I go to Hanoi again, I will definitely come back to this hotel!

This place is very nice and clean. Rooms are cleaned on the daily. I liked the pool and bar area. I enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. There's also a small coffee area at entrance of the hotel. Be prepared for the pool to be busy or booked for events. The rooms were spacious and I did like the bathroom. I was hoping to get a bathtub, which I thought I asked for. I also did not like that housekeeping works extra early, so for light sleepers like me I can hear everything. I heard the guests slamming doors, I heard the employees on their walkie talkies, I heard the employees shouting in the hallways. I also wished I booked closer to city center, it was hard to get there during peak hours. It is enjoyable to be away from the main hustle and bustle at least. There is a cool section nearby you can walk to, it is mainly Japanese based restaurants.

This hotel was really good experience thanks to a helpful and nice staff. We stayed here two times. During our travel in Vietnam we have not seen a nicer employees. The hotel is clean and provided nice room. The facilities are upto the mark Only two caveats to fellow travelers : it is some 5km from old quarter. So you need to plan your transportation in advance. Though it is on main road so access to airport is easy. It takes only 25 mins to reach airport form the hotel. The breakfast has less options available if you are a vegetarian.

Best hotel in Hanoi!!!”
This hotel is not the most luxurious hotel in Hanoi. However, it is a hotel where you can relax the most and enjoy Hanoi the most. Breakfast was delicious and clean, and above all, the kindness of all the staff was most memorable during the stay. In particular, hotel receptionist Hieu's consideration for guests was better than a five-star hotel. If I come to Hanoi next time, I will definitely stay here again.

A bit away from tourist area but quiet ,have to take gojek or grab about 10-15min to city,not like hotel nearby old quater super noisy during midnight until not able to get sleep. Excellent service from front desk,easy comunication,they are able to speak english.Clean environment for new hotel,will choose to stay again if I go Hanoi.

We loved our stay at FTE. The staff is very professional and were very helpful to support us throughout our trip. They even arranged an airport cab for us at the last moment when our original cab canceled! Absolutely loved the professional behaviour and commitment of Hieu. Coming to the rooms - they are extremely clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff will try everything at their disposal to help you out. Will definitely recommend this hotel for both tourists and business trips!
