Very average accommodation”
Our stay in the Full Moon hotel in Dalat was less than ideal. We loved Dalat but the hotel underwhelmed us. The room was ok sized but furniture was old and not maintained. We were given a room that looked like it was cleaned as soaps were replenished and beds made but the room was dirty with hair in the bed, dirt and dust on the floor. Moreover, only one out of the 2 electric plugs was working. We asked about this at the reception and they were very accommodating and offered a new room. This room only had one bed and was much smaller but they claimed that it is the same price. When we got to the room We saw that it was dirty again. Beds made but empty bottles next to the bed, strange hair on the bed, dirt floor. We went back to the reception only to find out that the room was apparently not made yet. They cleaned the room again but we found out that the problem was not the lack of cleaning but low standards. We gave up after this. Breakfast had many options but nothing overly desirable so we generally had plain soup or rice. It is an ok place in general but we were very put off by the low cleaning standards and we wouldn't return.

A good hotel”
This hotel has just openned recently in middle of 2017. Everything is new and clean. It locates perfectly in center of Da Lat city. I often spent only 15,000 to 20,000vnd (under 1 usd) for travelling from hotel to nearby famous restaurants or sightseeing (such as Ho Xuan Huong or Da Lat Flower Park...) Hotel's owner and staffs were also kind and familiar. I think this hotel is good, cheap and comfortable enough for every person or family.

Amazing hotel and good location”
This hotel is beautiful, clean,new, and well located. Easy access to most of the sights from here with the market and shopping center being walking distance. The service was amazing, with friendly, helpful, and informative staff who were always willing to help. The buffet breakfast was also great, with an amazing spread of Vietnamese food to suit all tastes. They also let us use the facilities after we checked out which meant we were able to have a shower before leaving for the airport and able to feel fresh. The rooms are specious, well decorated, with great amenities - everything you need! my room even had a balcony from which we could enjoy the views of the small stream. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hotel is quite good at this reasonable price and good breakfast. The location is near to the market and local foody in Dalat. The staff is helpful and kind. However, the room is a little bit small and unclean. The unhygienic room might be because of the crowded tourism in Christmas holiday.

Great variety of breakfast and very accommodating staff”
We stayed in the deluxe twin room (which I recommend over their standard rooms) for 5 nights. Ms. Hang, the manager was very professional and organized, she arranged our super early check-in at 4:30am and let us stay in a different room until our room become available for free...really appreciated! She also quickly provided us with some things we asked for in the room such as an electronic kettle. The twin room we stayed had a fridge but no table and chairs like the pictures showed, personally I would have liked them instead of a big closet. The breakfast was almost the same everyday but had an amazing variety so we enjoyed it every morning. Ms. Hang also arranged a taxi for us at a reasonable price to the airport (160k dong which seemed much better than metered one). The hotel was very clean and we had a pleasant stay.

I'm very very glad about this hotel, and I found it worth staying here. Location is 5 mins walk to Da Lat central market , very easy to find lots of food and coffee shop. The staff working in this hotel were fantastic and their loving smile. Room was tidy, buffet breakfast was good and clean . My next trip , I'll still stay there. Very high recommend to all.

Beautiful hotel,good location in the central Da Lat city.The room was clean and super quiet. Modern conveniences, bidet . Bed was super comfortable! delicous complimentary breakfast buffet, lots of great fresh selection of pressed juice,... staff and service were exemplary. Would definitely book with Fullmoon Da Lat hotel again.

Very friendly staff, great prices with breakfast included. The hotel is cold in wintertime but it's no different from anywhere else so if you come in winter, make sure you have enough clothes with you. The main advantages at the hotel is that you hear everything your neighbours do and vice versa. But overall it's a good hotel at a good price.

Great place but can be noisy”
The place is a great little hotel, comfy bed, clean and overall nice experience. The beware that the rooms have an open top so if you're on the 2nd floor you will hear everything. On 2nd night I moved to a different room and it was great.

It's okay”
Saw the "just built" tag and I booked a twin room and we got two large beds. That was great. However, it did not look like a newly-built-hotel!! Not really clean room because I can see the spiderweb and dead bugs in the corners and ceiling. Bathroom has no ventilation fan and toilet cup was dirty. No fridge in the room. All rooms in Dalat has no air-conditioner. However, the window in our room is small and is covered with a curtain (if not people walk by can see everything in our room, the window is on the aisle side) so it's quite hot and stuffy.

room was rather small but all in all everything worked. breakfast was good. nice gesture from the staff tried each day to cook us something vegan as we advised we were not able to eat much from the buffet. walls/doors don't keep the noise away. we had to get out of the room asking other not so considerate guests to be quieter 2 or 3 times during our stay. they charged us for the 2 small waters in the room even though there's was not any clarification about it within the room.

Full Nightmare not Full Moon:)”
I have been to Dalat in December 2018 and stayed in Full Moon for 3 days as we wanted to make Dalat sightseeings. From the very beginning when we arrived we could find nobody at the reception, by the way, there is just one girl who speaks English there. This girl is very hard to get, she appears and disappears and she never answers her mobile phone. When we saw our room, we were shocked really, very dirty, I doubted if they changed our bed from the previous customers. All facilities in the bathroom and even remote TV control were broken. Actually, I have never seen anything like that. We didn't even try their morning breakfast because we were afraid of getting poisoned. I think Agoda must check the owners if they put here true photos or not about their accommodation. Because FULL MOON photos are absolutely false and untrue with its real appearance.

Great friendly staff”
Good location, close to shops, restaurants and even several karaoke joints! The breakfast (free) was better than most places and offered both Vietnamese and Western items. Room was clean and cozy, hot water in the shower! A shout out to Trang and staff for being helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! See you guys again!

Hotel is around 15 minutes walk to the center, and the way is tricky. Breakfast is poor, we only eat what is left by the earlier guests. Staff does not speak any english. No elevator. There is a small balcony but facing a canal.

Considering the cost, it’s very good. Clean, comfortable and friendly, helpful staff. Wi-fi was pretty poor, when it did work it was very slow but most of the time we were unable to connect to it.

Quiet hotel- not use to foreigner ”
Quiet hotel - a 15 minute walk to the centre. Worth paying extra for room at back of hotel. Clean room but the tv didn’t work! Asked for a kettle for which they happily obliged- but had to ask for soap! Friendly staff with a little English- simple breakfast
