Clean, big space and friendly staff”
I got one room which was very clean and big enough because the room were connected to the tv room means we got 2 televisions for my booking room. My children were very happy. The staff at counter also very helpful.

Comfortable place”
For the price you pay, the place is certainly value for money. A smooth, clean and comfortable stay. If a trendy decor is what you're looking for then this probably isn't what you'd be in to. The buffet spread was quite sizeable too. The only let down for me was that the pool was not operational and it seems to be the case for a while now. As someone that frequents the gym and pool both at home and abroad alot, it has become quintessential for me as a traveller for the property I visit to have both these amenities. Thus I was truly dissapointed. The hotel was kind enough to empathise with my frustration by offering a room upgrade. My frown was turned upside down when I met Vinot, the attending bartender for the day I visited the Executive Lounge. His professionalism, politeness and personable demeanor was truly impressive. Definitely an asset to Furama Bukit Bintang. If there is anyone in particular I would thank the most during my stay there it would be Vinot. Thank you for making my stay a truly enjoyable one despite the hiccup!

Last minute trip”
We were looking for a weekend getaway with my 8 months old girl and 4 years old boy. Since it was last minute plan, we book this hotel for its price and location. So we didn’t expect much. However, when we arrived we were greeted with a very friendly staff over the check in counter. Everything was so smooth and we were given a room with a separate tv room. Spacious. The room was so clean and facing the KL great view (both klcc and kl tower in one frame). The downfall was, there was no bell boy to help you with your stuffs. We have to push the big trolley by ourselves with two kids. The main entrance was closed (I have no idea why). We have trouble to unload our bags. Only a small gate were open. But we will still coming back to this hotel because we love everything else. Looking forward to our second stay this week.

Short staycation ”
As we took overnight coach arrival in the early morning from Sg-KL, we reached the lobby about 7am. So approach the reception possible to have early check-in, in the early morning. We have booked executive room prior to this. Around 9+ we managed to check in, after breakfast nearby. 2nd highlights was when we visited the lounge access,during the evening time. All the staffs were very courtesy & one staff even remember our room number upon the 2nd & last evening there. Pastries and drinks were nicely prepared daily. Also for their daily breakfast spread, dishes were very nicely prepared & layed out in their warmers stations. Lastly the room setup, was top-notch cleaniless condition as it was the newer wing and being recently renovation. Sadly, there was no bathtub 🛁 for our suite room. I would definitely chose this hotel, whenever I'm at KL again. Been here numerous times since before the Pre-Covid years. Highly recommended to visit the nearby Lalaport mall walking distance away, via the bridge underpass. Keep up the good job, all the staffs from the reception & to the F&B staffs.. 😚

nice to stay, as it near 2 big shopping mall, 1 is lalaport another is times square. hungry just walk out then you will find alots of chinese food restaurant, if want western you may need to walk into mall.

staying here with group of friends. easy check in and check out as they got this self check-in and out. really convenient. Room was spacious and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. I accidentally left my IPAD in the room and only realised a day after check out. give them a call, they verified few details and they have it safe and sound in their lost and found. Thanks a lot!

OLD HOTEL WITH SUPER SPACIOUS ROOM”
If you're with family, this hotel superior room is spacious compared to other hotel in KL. It might have not new furniture but their furniture is well maintained. The hotel got kids pool, waka2 playground for kids(rm15/entry - open on Friday and weekend only). Good spread of breakfast, BUT taste of food especially sambal nasi lemak i can give 2/10. Please improve taste of food, not tasty. Parking is narrow, please be careful. Parking is FOC, just go and chop the card at the lobby every time you want to go out. Reception girl is friendly, warm, and welcoming but the check in process is quite slow. check out - can do it by yourself at the desk. will come again, for the spacious room!

Located next to Lalaport. Have a link bridge access to Lalaport. The staff followed up well after booking. Good service received from the staff as there is smell of smoke in the room. The staff changes one room for us.

Upgraded to family suite after getting the recommendation from the lady at front desk. She was very helpful and friendly. She even remembered my name when I was checking out and we chatted about the concert I went to. Room was very spacious and my kids love it. Location was just 4 mins walk to a big mall via the link bridge. Will definitely stay there again.

Bridge connected with Lalaport & Zepp KL! Walking distance. Spacious room and love the kpop tv channel. Minus the dusty smell. Hope can put the air freshener to make the room smells good. Overall would recommend this hotel and would definitely come back if I go to concert in Zepp in the future.

The family suite with 2 bed rooms and a living space is really big and spacious. Bathrooms are spacious with bathtub. Air-conditioning is really cool. Location is great , u can find eateries just across the road.

Staff here are nice and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we enjoy the stay. The deluxe room is very spacious and comfortable and the laundry service is very good as well as the clothes are nicely folded after wash. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Lalaport and Berjaya Time Square and about 10 to 15 minute walk to Pavillion. Just that I not really like about 1 thing, what I book is a king size bed, but the staff said that one floor only got 1 king size bed, that's mean king size bed mostly its not available, then when book the room should not give the available for the king size bed room.

I was in KL for some business with my wife and infant. I finished work early and decided to check in early. To my surprise the hotel allowed us to check in as early without additional charge. My room of Executive Suite was spacious, clean and delightful. The breakfast was indeed the best. Since it was during MCO period, waiter will take your order and serve you at the table. The food was delicious. Simply awesome stay, worth the price. Will recommend other to come.

Nice Stay”
Staffs are friendly and arrange a nice view for us. Room is big and comfortable. Easy to find food, drive 10min to Jalan Alor. Highly recommend.
