Detailed Review”
Location: The property is surrounded by all the facilities and market at walking distance. This is also adjacent to Pullman Resort and a few other resorts. Checkin: The chekin time is at 2 pm which is late. If you are arriving early they provide luggage room and toiletries for freshenup. Amenities: 1. Private beach 2. Two pools ( infinity with back view and one surrounded by trees) 3. Game room ( billiards, fuss ball, board games) 4. Three restaurant options. 5. Casino 6. Paid water activities. 7. Beach volleyball, football etc 8. Paid cabs. They also provide local cabs which are cheaper than the grab taxi rates. Food: The buffet is lavish, you will find atleast 4 to 5 type of cusines with wide variety. The vegetarian menu is also good as compared to some other places. You can also ask for paranthas etc and they will serve you. The cocktails and coffee is also as well Overall worth the money. Note: One thing to take care in any hotel in Vietnam is to put the privacy tag outside room. The house keeping staff do enter the room for cleaning without the guests knowledge. They do not seek permission or inform if no one answers the door bell. Do keep in mind to talk about this at the reception or put the privacy tag.

We loved our one week stay at Furama. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile and a greeting, the food was fantastic and the beach area is second to none. Unfortunately it rained for a few days but we enjoyed the wonderful spa experience. Lots to see and do in close proximity (Hoi An, Ba Na Hills, Marble Mountains, etc.) and we booked a guide for Ba Na Hills, which I'd recommend, and did the other tours ourself via taxi. Highly recommend and we'll definitely return to Furama.

Wonderful service, villa and beach”
We had difficulty communicating with the resort staff initially. But we were so thankful when Mr Michael Meshulam, the Villa Operations Manager, contacted us and understood the issues we were facing. He assigned a new butler, Thinh, who could communicate better in English to attend to us during our 7N stay at Furama Resort. Michael also arranged for another villa when the pool lights at the one we were residing in were faulty. Michael would recommend places for meals and checked on us occasionally to ensure that we were happy and comfortable with our stay at the villa. The resort concierge, especially Tien and Tri were friendly and helpful. A big thank you especially to Mr Michael and Thinh, for making our stay at the beautiful Furama Resort so enjoyable and memorable. Due to the erratic weather conditions, we did not enough time to enjoy and beautiful sand and water activities at the beach. On those few days when the skies were clear, the beach was beautiful.

5 star for the resort, 0 star for its spa services”
Spa services are parts of highlights of the stay. We expected that such resort's masseuses to be professionally trained yet all we got was a annoying rub down. My relative's masseuse walked away in the middle of the session for a while leaving her on the table wondering what happened. We initially inquired Thai massage, one masseuse told us that wouldn't be recommended due to our age, our bones become weak and brittle, Thai massage would be bad for us. Such nonsense. And oh, their tea tasted awful. We would have gone to one of the spas across the street could have gotten better massage that cost 4 times less expensive.

Warm staff & superb resort”
I stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed every day of my stay. I stayed in sea facing room on 4rth floor with a mesmerizing view. Rooms are very spacious and comes with a king size bed along with comfortable sofa to accommodate at least 5 people. Balcony is huge and someone can seat or laydown whole day. Wifi speed was also good. Staff members are highly professional and one of the warmest people I have come across in my life so far. Spread for breakfast was huge. I am a vegetarian and still could found several options to eat in breakfast. Hotel is located on a popular beach and local eateries are about 1.3 KM from the resort. I highly recommend this property for couples, family of even business travelers.

I don't write reviews often, but I had to for this resort. First of all, It was beautiful and we loved the pools. Most of the staffs were nice and the room was clean and big. I was also surprised how it's surrounded by trees and plants and didn't have many bugs as expected. In addition, it is pretty close to the city so it is great if u plan on going to cities, restaurants, bars, etc. However, I did have a negative experience as well. My gf and I got a massage through the resort. We paid for 60 mins. But only received 50 mins of it. On top of that, when my gf fell asleep within 30 mins of the massage, her massage therapist didn't give her the same massage as the one I got. She went to the bathroom, used her phone, and only massaged her forehead for the rest. Even though we thought the massage itself was great, we couldn't be happy with what happened. Since they spoke no English, we left a complaint at the desk. They called us the same night and asked us to talk to the director of the spa the next day. We got another call the next morning and met with the director. She wanted to know what happened from the beginning and asked if they gave us a welcome drink, and no we didn't get that either. We explained the rest and she apologized. She offered us another massage session, but we had no time. So she waved one of the fees(that was 50% discount). We appreciate the immediate response and how they handled the issue. We stayed for 7 nights, and I think we will again :)

We enjoyed our relaxing stay immensely at Furama in Da Nang. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, helpful and quite charming. The accommodations were most comfortable with a good view of the South China Sea. Excellenty breakfasts and a good seafood buffet were highlights. We would love to return with our 26 y.o. daughter, so she can experience Vietnam and Nha Trang .

Spacious villa for big families”
Family of 4 and wanted to find a serviced apartment type accomodation and ended up booking this hotel. The villa was huge and can actually sleep 6 or more, it has a private pool big living, dining and kitchen areas. Would have been more economical if we had a bigger party to share the cost. The buffet breakfast was averaged but we had a fairly decent stay there.

Superb Resort”
This was a fantastic resort at which we chose to spend the most time. It was the perfect place to rest up and recharge our batteries. We stayed at the resort in a fabulous villa, but were also able to make use of and enjoy the hotel facilities. We would all love to return oneday.
