I loved the room, spacious and clean. I also loved that you could open the windows, since it is rather cool in Jogja and it is not necessary to always use the airconditioning. One thing I would like to suggest is switching to some kind of system where water is more readily available, and less plastic waste is produced. Other hotels in Indonesia have switched over to using gallons, where people can refill a container. Although the University Club has a "water fountain", which reputedly sterilizes water, I am suspicious that this machine is not maintained. I had very bad stomach problems, and I suspect it was from refilling my bottles with that water. I hope it wasn't from the food!

a little bit dusty, bus fortunately hotel staff accomodate with pleasantly. i make order to located in 1st floor via agoda app (because i have 2 old parent with) but in fact i located in 3rd floor. Overall i recommended this hotel with some improvement in consumer order via app & cleansity room

inconsistent standards in rooms - bad room at 227”
i was given room 227 and it was a bad room. it seems that no one had stayed there for weeks or months. there was a wet stench and amenities were poorly maintained. run down, stained and dirty. the air con filter probably had not been changed for a long time. the worst was the smell, as if something died in the room and had not been properly cleaned up. next you get numerous geckos literally walking into the room from the front door as if they had been living in the room for a long time at night. quite unsettling seeing reptiles coming in and out as they please. the room was not good for humans to stay. i complained and requested for a change and was given room 302, a surprisingly OK room a floor above. although it had a minor ant problem it was nothing serious. i can't below just how different in standards rooms are in this hotel. please get the bad rooms fixed. 227 is not right for people to stay.

This hotel located inside gadjah mada university, so if you have any business or work related to this university, I think this hotel is perfect. They served various food for breakfast. The room was clean. You can rent a bike for free if you need to go somewhere as long as you still in university area. They don't have lift so you need to considered this if you bring lot or big luggage.

I was having some activitities to join in University Gadjah Mada. Firstly, it was near to the university. Regarding the hotel facilities, it was excellent. For a traveller like me, wifi is very important. Luckily, the wifi speed is not bad. breakfast was marvellous. Maybe the hotel can provide cloth drying services for the travellers.

This is the perfect place to stay in Yogya, if, like me, you will be visiting Gadjah Mada University. My room was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. I found the staff extremely friendly and courteous. This is certainly a cost-effective and pleasant place to stay for a couple of nights. Highly recommended!

Good for proximity to university”
I was studying at Gadjah Mada University for 1 week, so the hotel was great in terms of its location to the university, but it's a bit further away from the centre of Jogjakarta. Wifi was very inconsistent. It often did not work at all or was too weak to download/upload documents or photos. This seemed to get worse when the hotel was busy. Rooms are nothing fancy, but clean enough.

quiet surroundings, good environment, nice hotel”
I stay for 2D1N in this hotel with my family, the staffs are very friendly..they always greet us with smile. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is a little bit small (no bathub) but clean enough. The breakfast is also good, it's buffet breakfast, but don't expect 5 stars hotel menu here. The environment is very good, you can walk around or you can rent bicycle in the hotel. If you go there on sunday, there will be a local morning market that worth to go, heaps of foods, many of cheap stuffs. The only thing I don't really like about this hotel is they don't have elevator, but there will be a staff that will help you bring your bags.
