The Galina hotel and spa is well located in the centre of Nha Trang and a few minutes walk to the beach. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. We tried the mud bath there in the morning and enjoyed it as it wasn't the rush hour. The breakfast was good. The staff is helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.

I was surprised to know that I have to pay 1million VND deposit during check-in. It took such a long time to communicate with the staffs who can hardly understand English or mandarin. At the end, we are given different room, due to bathroom problem. Second day, our door card was locked. We went down to reception, we're told that our room got upgraded to seaview. However, I wasn't happy, because no more bath tub as mentioned in my booking.

The tiles are very old and moulded in the bathroom. Expensive room stay just for spa discount, but then spa promotion applied to everyone, I felt wasted money. Mud spa and Vietnamese massage are the best as compared to other resorts that I've tried. Very quick and good service.

Good experience,Great hotel, But be careful with you cash in room”
The overall experience at Galina was great. Staff at the reception was really nice. Location is good. 5-10 minutes walking to the beach, close to night market, many restaurants nearby. Only one bad thing that I lost 500 yuan cash in my room, hotel tried to find my money back, camera shows only housekeeper went to my room, so it led to a dead end due to lack of evidence. To future customers, don’t leave cash and valuable things in the room when you go out, take it with you or put it in safe box. By the way, mud bath at Galina was a really good experience, you can get 30% discount if you live at hotel.

The price valuable hotel with comfort and clean room. And the location is very good where is easy to access to almost attractive sites. But the breakfast was not so good and serving staff was not perform their work properly. Especially lack of service mind and no smile. I tried to contact galina hotel more than 12 times before I arrived to make a request but no one picked up the phone. Therefore I had to wait for more than 1 hour for check in. Breakfast is very normal, limited choice and almost the same during 3 days I stayed there. Service at the restaurant is bad. I made a request but I had no respond. But receptionist is helpful except one guy in reception told me that I only need to spent 2 hours is enough to play in Vinpearl. It turn out we need more time. At my check out I learnt a lesson that always told the receptionist every single thing if you think that is not right. For imstant, the dirty tow, or missing tow or food from hotel if you do not want to get trouble at check out. But overall I rated the hotel 7

Good location, just a short walk to the beach, view from pool is great. We stayed during the Nha Trang Sea Festival. It was very busy, but could view the main stage from pool area and 15 minute fireworks display. We paid extra for 80 sqm room (interconnecting door). Great to have the extra room. Good selection for breakfast.
